With how busy the area gets in the summer this condo was in the perfect location. The host was easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and perfect for our stay!

Summer trip

Property was good…beautiful beach view, pool, and beach services. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. Would have rated a 5 star, but we believe the flooring and furniture could use a good cleaning.

Roach infestation

The reviews of this place have to be made up. Everything I read gave it five stars. I saw a roach within an hour of unpacking had nowhere to go so I had to spend the night. Definitely didn’t want to stay in that building again moved over to Gulf Shores the next day, I’m still waiting for compensation for my remaining eight days I had booked at Island princess. We were in unit 609. I have 6 six Photos and two videos of cockroaches running around in the condo.

Check in was not great but the condo was!

Upon arrival we tried our code 2 times. It was just about 5 mins before check in time. Tried again and still wouldn’t let us in. Called Patty. She was very helpful but we didn’t actual get in the condo until 4:45. She ran into some issues as well. No code was given to us for the exercise room and no one was manning the lobby on Sunday so had to wait until Monday to get it. Other than those few issues, the condo was nicely decorated, clean and the location was great. The facility could use a better elevator. Slow.

Nice price for all the room.

Overall the condo was nice but not as clean as it should have been. The mirror in the main bedroom was very dusty and so were the table lamps in the living room. There were pieces of fruit snacks behind one of the beds on the floor. The sofa in the living room was stained and the seat on one of the chairs on the balcony was frayed and about ready to come off with any weight on it. Still for having three bedrooms and three baths it was a good price.

Wonderful Beach & Large Unit

The unit is nicely furnished w xlarge master w access to balcony. Livingroom large spacious. Open kitchen. Great view of the beach! Only complaint is that the bathrooms & kitchen was dirty. Floors sandy, seaweed in tubs, dirty dishes in cabinet. Kitchen countertops had food crumbs.

September 2019 Stay

This condo was great for our family getaway. We stayed with 4 adults and two kids (ages 2 and 3). We also had family in another unit on the 7th floor. The condo was well-equipped and clean, beds soft, and overall spacious. View and accessibility to pool and beach was great! Convenient parking. It was nice having a door access code to use instead of having to keep up with a key. We wished the stairs were closer to us (this unit is close to the elevator, so we ended up using it all the time), but overall it was a great place and we would stay there again. Definitely recommend!

This is the third year that we have stayed at The Island Princess. We always stay during the week of July 4th. We love watching the fireworks from the balcony.We stayed in # 609. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year!

Family of five had a FABULOUS time! Condo accommodated our need for space, met our expectations for cleanliness, fulfilled our ideas of relaxing seaside decor, and exceeded our hopes for a beautiful beachfront view!!
