Our Beautiful Villa Will Provide The Perfect Base For Your Family Vacation

Upon entering the villa you will see the separate formal living room so you can have a little quiet time reading, playing board games or perhaps watching some TV all in a relaxed and comfortable environment. You will find magazines and pamphlets to area attractions to be used as reference during your stay to help you maximize your experience!

The formal living room then leads way to the large family room which is open plan with high vaulted ceilings. The open plan area consists of comfortable sofas and chairs with a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a fully equipped computer station. There is plenty of room here for everyone to sit down and enjoy watching a movie or TV. There are large sliding patio doors opening out from the family room to the swimming pool and screened deck area.

The family room is overlooked at the rear by our huge and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast and snack bar, a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. There is also a separate dining table with comfortable fittings and a Highchair so you and the family can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner together.

The utility room just off the kitchen has a large washing machine, a separate tumble dryer, along with an ironing board and iron. The game room is fully equipped with a sofa, 42" TV, foosball table, pool table, table tennis, and dart board. Strollers and a baby crib are also provided for use.

There are door's leading to all the bedrooms, from the family room and kitchen area. The sleeping areas in our villa are divided up into 4 separate areas. First off you have the Master Bedroom which features a king sized bed and has its own en-suite Master Bathroom with twin sinks, garden jetted tub and walk in shower. The 2nd sleeping area has two bedrooms. The first of these two bedrooms features a queen bed with luxurious fittings while the other sports themed bedroom offers 2 single beds and both bedrooms share a three piece bathroom. The 3rd sleeping area has another Disney Frozen themed bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bath room down the hall which is shared with the last bedroom in the home, which again has queen bed allowing for optimal sleeping arrangements for either single or multi families.

All bedrooms are finished with comfortable furnishings, ceiling fans, and TV. All bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for up to 10 guests.

Outside, you will find our large pool deck complete with table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool gets sun all day, overlooks the golf course and is very private and tranquil. This home is situated in an extremely peaceful location and only minutes from all of Orlando's attractions and night life.

Nice house with a lot of room for everyone. The children loved the pool. A quiet secure neighborhood. Perhaps a few more kitchen items like dishtowels and a baking sheet or two. Would have also been nice to have a print out of how to find certain TV channels. Would have liked to watch NBC, ABC etc. Overall a great stay and would recommend this property.

This home was in a nice, residential neighborhood not too far from Disney parks. Some furnishings could use an upgrade, but overall it was a very comfortable home with space that worked really well for our family. The crib and high chair for the grandbaby were a nice bonus. We also really enjoyed the game room!

Superb villa and friendly hosts

We were a group of 7 (4 adults, 1 teen, 2 children) staying in this lovely villa during the UK Easter break. I was a bit apprehensive as this is further west than I have stayed in the past, but Davenport and Four Corners are within 30 mins of the Disney parks and well provided for by supermarkets, shopping locations and restaurants and the area is clearly seeing significant development leading to lots of facilities. Our hosts were friendly and responsive both before and during our visit, and have a beautiful villa which provided enough space so our two families were not on top of each other. The pool and deck area were a good size and the villa is well appointed with equipment and more than enough self catering items like cutlery and dishes. Highlands Reserve is quiet abd well maintained and we would love to stay here again at some point!

Fantastic Property

The family had a wonderful time at the house. The house is spacious and private, but close to the area theme parks. Publix is a walkable distance and other big box stores are in a short driving distance. Owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time on our first family vacation, we were very appreciative of that. 100% would stay here again. Thank You!

This is a nice place for a getaway for the price listed. It could use a little TLC - some lights bulbs are out, some strings for ceiling fans were broken, some mattresses were a little uncomfortable... that sort of thing. But its a nice spacious place in a quiet location. The owners are very responsive and answered all our questions quickly.

Disney Family Vacation

Overall we loved this house! The proximity to the Disney parks was good, the neighborhood was quiet, the price was great and the pool was cool! Our only issue was with the king bed in the master bedroom being extremely uncomfortable. When I brought that to the owners attention, she said they had another mattress on order already. Since that's the case, We Would definitely stay here again or suggest others to stay here. We really enjoyed ourselves! Thanks again !!
