Unsere Herbstferien auf Texel

Wir haben in der Zeit vom 17.10. bis 24.10.2009 unsere Herbstferien auf der Insel verbracht. Die von den Vermietern angegebene Beschreibung des Hauses ist sehr detailliert und in jedem Punkt zutreffend. Wir haben das Haus in einem außergewöhnlich sauberen Zustand vorgefunden und uns daher sehr schnell wohlgefühlt. Für den Weg zum Strand würden wir Familien mit kleineren Kindern empfehlen, Fahrräder mitzunehmen bzw. anzumieten. Der Ferienpark ist sehr gepflegt. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir haben die Zeit auf Texel mal wieder sehr genossen. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war vor, während und nach unserem Urlaub durchweg vorbildlich, freundlich und sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank dafür und Grüße aus Essen

Ferienhaus

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus übers Internet gefunden.Die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses mitsamt der Einrichtung entsprachen den Tatsachen. Es ist auch recht komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir waren mit drei Kindern dort. Da ist ein Badezimmer, wo auch noch die Toilette drin steht etwas unkomfortabel. Unsere Kinder haben allerdings das Spielhaus und den großen Garten als sehr gut empfunden. Uns beiden Erwachsenen gefiel allerdings die Lage nicht. Das Haus steht direkt an der Müllanlage, war sehr laut. Und alle Leute gehen ständig am Haus vorbei und schauten uns beim Frühstück oder Grillen zu. Es existiert da keinerlei Sichtschutz. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vor dem Urlaub sehr gut. Während unseres Aufenthaltes bekamen wir leider keine Rückmeldung zu unser Mängelmeldung bzgl. fehlender Sonnenschirm(wir waren 3 Wochen da) und nicht funtionierendem Fernsehempfang (Fernsehkabel kauften wir selber)Also unterm Strich, das Haus ist bis auf das 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette innerhalb sehr schön.Wäre die Lage eine andere, würden wir es wieder nehmen.

Familienurlaub auf Texel

Wir waren im September 09 auf der schönen Insel und haben über das Internet dieses famileinfreundliche Ferienhaus entdeckt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgesprochen gut. Die Lage des Hauses in dem Ferienpark ist fast perfekt. Schwimmbad, Abenteuerspielplatz, Indoorspielwiese und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Unsere Empfehlung ist auf jeden Fall Fahrräder mit zu nehmen, damit der weiße Sandstrand auch schnell (15 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Rad) erreicht werden kann. Gerne hätten wir 5 Sterne vergeben, hatten aber leider durch Krankheit einer Reinigungskraft etwas Probleme mit der Sauberkeit. Der Vermieter ist uns aber auch dort sehr serviceorientiert entgegengekommen. Rundum hatten wir eine schöne Woche. Noch ein Hinweis für Familien: Besonders klasse ist der Sandkasten mit dem kleinen Holzhaus auf dem Grundstück (für kleine Kinder zum spielen).

Urlaub august 2009 Bungalow 519

Haben eine wunderbare Woche erlebt. Kontakt mit Vermieter was ausgezeignet, sowohl vorher als nachher. Ueberrachend schoener Ferienwonung. Sehr groser Garten, auch fuer etwas eltere Kinder, und immer ein Teil in der Sonne. Bungalow war oberflachig geputzt. Ausstatung mehr als Ausreichend. Etwas wenig Platz dadurch fuer eigene Sachen die man mitnimmt. Wir waren mit 5 Personen. Bei 5 oder 6 Erwachsenen Personen wuerde eine zweite ,separate, WC sehr zu empfehelen. Ein zweites badezimmer oben auch. Lage der Bungalow ist prima, von hieraus kann man alle Ziele prima erreichen. Preis/Kwalitaets verhaetnis ausgezeignet. Die Insel, die wir zum ersten Mal besucht haben, ist wirklich eine Reise wert.
