New Remodel: 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom. Second floor Penthouse Condo. Huge Balcony facing the Ocean. Our 14 unit complex is across the street from the beach. Gated and Safe. 24 hour security. 100 yard walk to the sand. Our Top Floor Penthouse Condo has 15 foot vaulted ceilings with bright fresh sun light each day. Ceiling fans and air conditioners in each room. One Parking spot. Washer in the unit.

We just finished this Condo and this is a first season listing it for rent. We have two condos in Marco Island Beach Fl listed on VRBO. We are a premier host for those two Condos in Marco. Looking forward to building a relationship with our customers in Bavaro Beach Punta Cana.

20 plus restaurants that are a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Condo. 4 miles of beach to walk. All kinds of adventures right outside your door.
