Discover a peaceful getaway in this 1,500 sq. ft. modern, bright and airy two-bedroom private basement suite, located near the Niagara Escarpment in renowned wine country. Ideal for relaxing and recharging, this retreat places you close to top wineries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, beaches, and outdoor adventures. Enjoy quick access to hiking trails and the beach just 5 minutes away, Niagara Falls in 25 minutes, the U.S. border in 30 minutes, and downtown Toronto in under an hour.

Welcome to your home away from home! This newer, stylish, spacious, and peaceful 2-bedroom basement suite is located in our custom-built home and is fully private and separate, allowing you to enjoy complete comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

Perfect for couples, families, groups, and business travelers, this bright and comfortable suite offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient visit.

Super clean, lovely spot. Staircase was a bit steep for elderly or toddlers but for our group, it was fine. We did find it a bit cold but the heaters were helpful. Shower was amazing!!

There are not enough words to describe this wonderful VRBO! The amazing and accommodating hosts live upstairs and are so very kind! Clean, cozy, inviting, beautifully decorated! The beds, linens and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud! Proximity to Niagara Falls and Toronto are awesome! The shores of Lake Ontario are a few minute drive from the home. Great place, great location

This property was as advertised and very clean. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. Our vehicle broke down during our stay and the host recommended a car repair shop and car rental place for us. They were prompt in reponding to our questions. Thanks Allen and Leah.

Wonderful stay in Grimsby!

We booked this stay so we could be close to the Falls and not too far from Toronto for our TS concert. It exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind, had welcome brochures, kitchen snacks and put a lot of thought into what guests would need during their stay. The location was in a nice neighborhood. We grocery shopped at near by Food Basics & cooked breakfast every morning. We fed the seagulls & ducks at Forty Mile park.

Stunning Basement Apartment!

We were so happy with our stay here! Allen was very communicative and an incredibly kind host. He was accommodating and allowed us to check-in a couple hours early so we could attend our friend's wedding. We had a lovely stay here. The apartment itself was sparkling clean, super spacious, and just stunning. We also were provided with snacks and tourist pamphlets for the Niagara region. Everything is very well-planned out, and thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area again. I highly recommend; 10/10! :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a property owned by Allen and Leahy, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The property itself is lovely, boasting charm and comfort in equal measure. Located in a super location, it provided the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Communication with Allen and Leahy was effortless; they were always prompt, clear, and courteous in their responses. Overnight Getaway

Overall, we had a good stay at this home! It offered plenty of amenities and was in a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. That said, we were quite disappointed by the extra guest fee. Only three of us stayed, and with four beds, the house could easily accommodate six people. It didn’t really make sense to be charged extra per guest beyond two. When we asked the host about it, they explained it was due to additional cleaning costs, such as bed making. This was a bit concerning, as we would expect all beds to be cleaned and prepared between stays, regardless of whether they were used. Aside from that issue, our experience was positive
