My experience

I really liked staying at this property.Very clean and comfortable. The coach was comfortable, bed was firm, rain shower was amazing.The laundry room was great. Parking was a little difficult but manageable. I would stay there again.

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Accommodations were emasculate. Property manager was readily available. Area around unit was quiet. Parking was not adequate for my large pick-up truck. Limited street parking for guests.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, HEALTH HAZARD AND A SCAM!Upon arrival there was a very strong smell of mold with an electric air freshener installed to mask the smell. When we tried to air the place out we also turned on the AC which stank of ammonia, like cat urine. Host claimed this was unknown and said to send an AC technician (even though this was just one of the issues). She never sent the technician and was unresponsive for hours. Homeless people were ruffling around the trash cans outside which made it feel very unsafe.It was late and hard to find a different place during Comic Con so we had to spend the night, but as soon as we found a place in the morning we moved out and claimed a refund from VRBO, which the host is still refusing. She wanted us to contact VRBO to resolve this but later in the app conversation claimed that we shouldn’t have done so, accused us of lying, accused us of wanting a “free stay” etc. She even lied about the air freshener being unplugged even though she herself messaged that she unplugged it herself!She’s gonna reply to this with more lies and nonsense about the air freshener being empty etc. Don’t fall for this, save your money and spare yourself from this craphole. Posting images of the mold, enjoy.

Hello Lio, It’s super sad to have to lead with people like you. You are new in this platform because you were expelled from the others, as this is not the first time you have tried to have free stays based on lies. You did not receive any refund because the platform, after conducting an investigation, realized your inconsistencies and lies and rejected your refund request, just like we did first. From the moment you arrived, you were demanding, constantly sending messages and calls. You created a story full of falsehoods and fantasies for us and the platform ambassadors to obtain money. I offered to send a technician to check the issue you reported and you did not allow me to and It’s a lie that you left the next day. Your plan failed, as we had records and photos of the unit before your arrival and we can prove that your story was false. You threatened us with leaving a bad review if we did not comply with your demands and I see that you fulfilled it. We have units all over San Diego, all well-maintained and with excellent reviews. We are not worried at all, we have plenty more honest and true reviews from honest guests that support us. For our part, we only wish you the best and blessings for your life because what you do with this will come back to you, for sure!
