From the moment you arrived, you were demanding, constantly sending messages and calls. You created a story full of falsehoods and fantasies for us and the platform ambassadors to obtain money. I offered to send a technician to check the issue you reported and you did not allow me to and It’s a lie that you left the next day. Your plan failed, as we had records and photos of the unit before your arrival and we can prove that your story was false. You threatened us with leaving a bad review if we did not comply with your demands and I see that you fulfilled it. We have units all over San Diego, all well-maintained and with excellent reviews. We are not worried at all, we have plenty more honest and true reviews from honest guests that support us.
