I loved this apartment and stayed for two weeks in the summer. It offers spectacular views on three sides including the lake and surrounding mountains. It's easy to get to the bus stops and train station. I hope to return again next year or whenever I can.

The views are lovely and the apartment is spacious and functional. Unfortunately, there is a big noise problem because the connecting wall to the adjacent apartment, which also has a connecting door, is paper thin, letting sound and smell enter the unit. We hear TV, conversations, coughs as if they are in our space. The best moments here were when nobody occupied the second unit.

Fabulous location and great apartment

The apartment was very clean, comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Every window and terrace has a stunning view of mountains and glimpses of the lake. Shops and restaurants are close by. We really appreciated having a garage space for our car. The host communicated promptly to answer any of my questions. We loved it and hope to be back.

Great Location, Great Views, Well Stocked Unit

My wife and I had a wonderful 16 days in this apartment. It was exactly as described, including a private parking place. TV, Wi-Fi, everything in good working order. Short walking distance to the village of La Tour-de-Peilz and its train station, and a nice walk to the larger city of Vevey, home of Nestle. Manager provided excellent customer service to deal with a few special requests. I would highly recommend this vacation spot.

Keeps Getting Better

This was the third summer we spent 2-3 weeks in this apartment and it improves each time. The location is great, walking distance of the lake and the train station, and near grocery shopping and restaurants. Apartment is on 4th floor with balcony. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, and electrical outlets throughout. Lots of windows and doors give terrific views and allow control of the air flow through the apartment. Having a car enclosure is a real plus if you are driving here as the street parking situation is tough. We are already thinking about next summer!

Pleinement satisfaits

Appartement spacieux, propre, avec deux balcons. Bien équipé,on ne manque de rien. La localisation est parfaite, proche de restaurants, de deux grands super-marchés, du lac, du port et du château de La Tour de Peilz. Difficile de trouver mieux.

Nous avons passés 13 jours dans ce charmant appartement . Propreté, l'agencement (il y avait de tout) et l'emplacement nous a séduit. Au dernier étage, dans un petit immeuble super calme, nous avions une super vue sur les montagnes L'appartement est a 10 mn à pied du centre ville de 2 supermarchés et boutiques et d'une très belle promenade le long de l'eau devant le lac jusqu'à Vevey. un super endroit pour séjourner comme chez soi., dans les activités nous avons énormément apprécier le nouveau musée de Charlie Chaplin a Vevey-Corsier, magnifique, l'alimentarium de Nestlé , la visite de chocolaterie, difficile de résister, les coktails a l'hôtel du Lac ,personnels très professionnel, les promenades dans la montagnes proches et plus haut la ville médiévale de Morten prés de Neuchâtel, entre autre. appartement a recommander sans soucis, et merci a Ernest pour sa gentillesse .

NICE WELL LOCATED APARTMENT!

LOVELY, CONVENIENT PROPERTY, QUIET AREA, BEAUTIFUL VIEW. A SHAME IT WAS NOT CLEANED THOROUGHLY WHEN WE ARRIVED OTHERWISE IT WOULD GET 5 STARS FROM US.

First visit to Switzerland

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The apartment was as advertised and beyond what we could have asked for. The neighborhood was so lovely and it was wonderful to have peace and quiet in the evenings away from the hustle and bustle of busier towns. We were just a short walk from the train and the lake. Beautiful views as well from the two balconies. We highly recommend a stay in this apartment and hope to be back again in the future!

Can’t Stop Coming Back

This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed in this apartment during our summer vacations. As good as it has been in the past, this year it got even better. Lots of new furniture and decorating that was a wonderful surprise when we arrived. We’re already thinking about next summer.

Nice sized apartment with a great balcony

We really enjoyed our stay at La Tour De Peilz. The apartment is very spacious and has 2 balconies with lovely views of the mountains, it’s in a very quiet section, but an easy walk to the train or bus, and a coop/migros is close by as well. The town of La Tour De Peilz is about 10-15 mins by public transit to Vevey and 15-20 to Montreux. The owner was very responsive. The only thing we felt missing from this very well stocked stay was a Fan and Riviera Cards . We’d certainly stay again:)

Suite is on the top floor.Full kitchen loaded with appliances and cooking utensils Walk to train station 7 min. Two major grocery stores 7 min walk away. Lake. Beach. Promenade to Vevey 10 min away. Would stay again neighborhood felt really safe. And we'll cared for. Detached garages are located behind building. This was convenient .

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was lovely, and very well equipped with everything you could think of. Very happy with the location, a short walk to the lakeside and shops. Good transport links near too. The view of the water was a little limited, with some large trees in the way, still good views of the mountains though. Could have done with some detailed instructions for finding the apartment (struggled a little in the dark). Would be happy to stay there again if visiting the region, as very comfortable and a good base for exploring the area. Chateau Chillon a highlight, easily reachable by road or boat. The lakeside is beautiful, whichever direction you travel in. Easy to walk into Vevey or even along to Montreux. The mountains are impressive too of course, access by bus, train and furnicular are easy options if you don't have a car.

Wonderful week in this lovely apartment. Pascal and Ernest were very helpful. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking walks round the side of the Lake Geneva which was only a five minute walk away. Supermarket just round the corner and lots of small cafes and restaurants close by. Felt that our week was much longer, thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Great location, best quality and awesome owners.

The listing description was very accurate. It was supper clean and I felt like being at my own house. The Owner is a great fellow. Always available over the phone if needed. I will plan another visit as soon as I can get some time off. 15-20 minutes walking to a shopping center that you can have breakfast/lunch or other shopping. You will be on top floor of the building and will have great views on three sides. Nice balcony with mountain view, I bet the winter would be very nice to just sit there and have tea or just relax. Do not hesitate to make your reservations.

Great apartment and host

We were very happy with our stay in this lovely apartment as family with 3 kids. Pascal - was very helpful and flexible and made sure everything was done for us smoothly and comfortably. Apartment is well maintained and has everything one might need and even more, it has great views from the balcony as well. Overall very comfortable, clean and cosy environment and a great host so we'd love to stay here again on our next trip to Switzerland.

Couldn't have asked for better accommodation

We spent a week in this lovely apartment in La Tour-de-Peilz and couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness, space, amenities (it had everything) and location. We were visiting our family close by but wanted our own space, the apartment was just like a home away from home. Being on the top floor we had great views and lovely evening breezes as it was quite hot the week we stayed. As it turned out there was a bus just down the street that took us directly to the door of our families home. The apartment is also walking distance to the Tour-de-Peilz train station, local attractions, shops (including 2 supermarkets) and a gorgeous walk along the Lake Geneva water front to Vevey. We spent a lot of time with our grandchildren during the day so it was great to come back to the apartment at the end of the day and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. We had a couple of meals at a local hotel on Grand Rue, the service and meals were lovely and quite reasonably priced. Our verdict a great place to stay if looking to self cater, we would definitely book again. Thanks Pascal for all your assistance. Jo and Phil
