This property sits three-quarters of a mile from Windmark Beach Village Center, a bustling hub of activity home to the Village Center Pool, outdoor music performances on the Village Green, and several great shops and restaurants. Take morning strolls on the BeachWalk along St. Joseph Bay and pass the afternoon hours by splashing in the clear, calm water with your kids.

Built in 2022, this single-story home will bring a smile to your face the moment you arrive. From the bright colors to the bold wallpaper and patterns, the house exudes joy throughout. It's a delightful space to unwind from a day at the beach, whether napping in central air-conditioning, barbecuing on the back patio, or getting started on dinner using stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
