This place is awesome and the neighborhood is quite and very nice the neighbors are friendly and kind and everything is so assesible, the beach is just 5 minutes walking distance and all the restaurant and the mall is very close. Love the place and I can't wait to stay again!!!!

Very nice quiet place to settle into, all appliances are in great shape and quite convenient. Host Helen is very quick to respond and very happy to make everything right.

Myself , my sister and mother came all the way from Australia. We just loved staying here we had the 3 bedroom it was clean and tidy. Helen was very helpful and made our stay just wonderful. So close to everything beach, shopping etc. would go back in a heart beat

The picture is a bit deceiving.

The cleanliness of the property was bad. The first day we were there, we had to go and get a mop and pail and cleaning solution to scrub the floors, our feet stuck to the floors. Countertops and cupboards were very dirty. The washer did not work, our contact person did get a repair man and he fixed it. We had a gigantic roach come to visit, we have bugs but not like this. The microwave didn't work, she told us she had a new one but hadn't gotten in yet and she was going to remodel after we left, which we did two weeks early. Thanks

We are on VRBO so many years and take guest complaints very seriously. After we saw guest review we talked to cleaning company and showed them what guest complained about. Not long after that we did totally renovation and face lifting. So many years we have good reviews most times one star rating is very rare happened to us. After renovations we hosted several other guests it seems they like our new modern kitchen and relaxing setting.

Location was perfect!

The Good 1. Location was perfect. 2. House itself was a great size that met our needs 3. Plenty of parking 4. The man who let us in the house was super friendly 5. Great price for the week Not Good 1. We never received any check in info or the address. I had to go to the vrbo website & call the owner once I arrived in Biloxi. I had to text the landlord for the wifi password too. There is no "welcome" sheet or any check out procedures. 2. The ac had just been turned on when we arrived. It was almost 90° in the house and smelled like stale smoke. The ac took several hours to cool down. 3. We were informed that people in the houses nearby had fishing poles stolen & were told to lock up any valuables. We had 2 kayaks & a 10 foot trailer with us. Nothing happened, but we were a little uneasy. 4. My daughter and I developed a horrible cough and had major chest congestion. I really questioned if there was mold in the house or the stale smoke smell that made us sick. Overall I would recommend this house because the location and price are worth it. Just needs a little TLC to be a 4-5 star rating.

Biloxi is a beautiful town with many attractions.

The house was in a very nice quiet neighborhood one block off the beach. Helen was very accommodating to our needs. Would recommend renting this property to anyone.

Tv, cable, and wifi worked great! Great location, you can see the beach from the end of the block. Walking to the beach takes less than five minutes. Nice neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. There are three bedrooms a dining room and living room. Ideal space for families visiting the beach. Mr. Jules was very helpful too. They took great care to make sure everything was available for us we may need.

Great beach vacation

The house was perfect to stay in. My sister, me and my two boys said we can never stay in a hotel again. Had everything we didn't even realize we needed. Very friendly owner. Comfy beds and furniture. Really enjoyed, will definitely rent again.

Only bad part is having to leave

Wonderful house, beautifully landscaped and absolutely spotless. Clean quiet safe neighborhood. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great February get away.

Being from the mid west it was nice to shed our winter coats and enjoy the sun and sand. Plenty to see and do in this area and great sea food. This home was less than a mile from Walmart for the things we forgot from home and groceries. We took in 3 Mardi Gras parades and enjoyed them very much. We don't have that in the mid west. We will be planning our trip to the area next year.

We loved staying here. My daughter and I felt safe--quiet neighborhood-very conveniently located--2 blocks from beach...Walmart nearby for groceries, etc. A shopping mall is just down the street, as well as a number of places to eat. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect!

This was my families first time in Biloxi. The property was spacious and now was do helpful with places to see and things to do! We were very very impressed!! We will definitely be staying here again! It is within walking distance to a great part of the beach and is close to all shopping and some resteraunts! I would recommend this property to any family!!

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived late due to weather but when I called Mr J was there to meet us at the door. It was very quiet considering the time of year we went. The house was very nice. We were withing walking distance to the beach. If we ever go back to Biloxi I am sure we will try to stay here. Thank you for everything.

We rented this house last year and it was a nice stay. We booked reservations 4 months prior to our stay this year, just to be on top of things. Our vacation is approaching, only a week away. Helen calls and cancels last minute saying she can not accommodate us and wants us to move to a later date. That is not a solution because we were renting this room for a specific date. "Scrapin' the Coast" and all rooms elsewhere are booked. Exactly what we were trying to avoid. We are Highly disappointed!!
