Exceeded Expectations

Was very excited for my trip to Salt Lake and this house made it all the better. Being close driving distance to everything from grocery stores to the ski mountains was everything I could ask for and more. Definitely exceeded my expectations and would look to stay here again on my next trip Salt Lake.

Perfect for us

The property was the perfect size and location for our family of 5 (wife, 7 year old child, and two in law parents). The basement was a perfect place for our 7 year old to entertain herself and for us to have a separate space. The home was super clean and the host was very responsive. Will most likely want to stay here on our next trip to SLC.

Great Mountain views

This was a great VRBO for our 3-generation group! The house had most everything we needed. Kitchen appliances were modern and convenient and the space worked nicely for preparing meals. We used the grill one night just for the meat - too bad it was cold outside because the porch looked like a cool place to hang out and the views were amazing. Indoor spaces gave everyone a place to relax and chat. Two full baths and one 1/2 bath was a must for 8 people. Owner was responsive before, during and after our stay when we had questions

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and highly recommend it. It was clean and convenient and had everything we needed. The owner is very helpful and communicative. The location is perfect for getting to experience both Salt Lake City and the near by resorts. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great Place!

We stayed for four days while visiting our kids at the University. House is in a quiet neighborhood close to the canyons for skiing. The house was equipped with everything we needed and it was the cleanest house I have ever rented. We will consider staying again on future trips.

Everything we expected and more.

Nice, clean and just as advertised. We liked that we didn’t have to go shop for the little things like spices or a tissues. Beautiful view out back and more space than it looked like in the pictures online. Very pleasant home in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Vacation Experience

This vacation rental was everything we expected and more...the home was Clean, Comfortable, and provided all the Necessities. The location was excellent for skiing and convenient for getting around the city as well.

Amazing stay!

Renting this home for our Christmas vacation was amazing! The home is appointed with everything we needed and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The view out the back is stunning and we often saw a family of foxes in the back meadow. The home was just so comfortable and the beds were awesome. Perfect after a day of power recreation at the nearby slopes. Thanks for everything Vern! Your home took our trip over the top.

Perfect stay!

Vern, the owner was thoughtful since the first contact. Everything was perfect, we are a family of 6, and the house was just fine for us to stay with confort e well located. Quiet neighborhood. The only thing that could be a little better is that the refrigerator and the microwave was not clean the day we came. But anything that could harm our vacation.

Great Home, Great Location, with a beautiful view of the mountains

This home was perfect for our family. We had a family of 6 adults in and out through our 8 day stay over the Christmas holidays. The house is very deceiving from the outside regarding size. The five bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths gave everyone the privacy they needed. The basemant was an added plus and allowed for "family" movie nights, It is conveniently located to airport, a grocery store, Walmart etc. and easy access to the interstate. It was also only 30-45 minutes from Alta and Snowbird. I would definately consider renting it again when I travel to Salt Lake City

House was beautiful and very comfortable.

House was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Wonderful mattresses! Great view of the mountains from the back yard. We were told it was a 10 minute drive to Salt Palace Convention Center but the fastest route we could find was about 20 minutes ( maybe we missed the short cut! ) Other than that I would highly recommend it!

This is a nice, comfortable house in Murray. Quiet neighborhood convenient to shopping, skiing and not too far from DT SLC. The owner was great to work with. House is well furnished with plenty of room to spread out.

Great House

Beautiful home, very clean and great location!

This house was perfect for our family. It was super clean and had all the things you need. Three great living areas, 4 bedrooms, a laundry room and a stocked kitchen. We loved the home and it was close to downtown, Park City, the University and many other places we visited on our stay. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect! Very comfortable and clean home.

This home was perfect. Conveniently located close to downtown and the mountains. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Extra towels, pillows, blankets and the kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely recommend it!

Nice, private yard with great mountain view. Home is fully remodeled with new furnishings and décor, flooring, updated bathrooms and kitchen. New carpet, new paint and more. Nice, open feel in combined kitchen, living room, dining room and siting areas.

You can't go wrong with this home.
