We were very impress with the property. It had everything we needed and more. Something that was needed but not mentioned was the half bathroom in the laundry room was amazing and helpful. Kimberly is a great host and excellent at communication. Every room was clean and enough space for everyone. We will be visiting again soon as our son lives there with his wife and our granddaughters so it is family friendly

Family Funeral Gathering

Due to the passing of the family matriarch who was born and raised in the same hometown where this house stay was... the NYC family traveled down to attend the services.

Absolutely delighted with our experience hosting this guest! They were incredibly courteous, maintained excellent communication throughout their stay, and left the place in perfect condition. Beautiful

Guys when I say I fell in love with the estate. Because that is what I call it. lol Look this place was amazing. I just wanted to live there forever. The peace was priceless, the whole house was spacious and we had 5 adults and 2 children. We all enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Kim for all that you do for this property. We will be coming back. Served the Purpose

There were issues with the property that were caused by the previous renters and a problem with the water system that was city wide. The property manager was not to blame and she did a good job of communicating with us. The property was very clean and served the purpose for our short stay.

Not as described... BUT BETTER!

Lol... Loved the house... The area... Everything all around! Was there for a BBQ cook off and the listing being as nice as it was made it one less thing I had to worry about that weekend... Would def stay there again next year is someone doesnt grab it first...

Ok for a short stay

We just stayed for a quick weekend girls trip. There was plenty of space inside and out for all 4 of us. If the following items were addressed, I definitely would have given a 5 star. There were many light bulbs out throughout the inside and outside and the house could have been cleaned better! There were big balls of dust through the house. The master bathroom shower door did not keep the water in so every time we took a shower, we stepped out to a puddle of water. The ice maker did not work either. Make sure you bring your silverware because all we could find were plastic forks and spoons.
