Great condo!! Location is excellent. A couple of small hiccups that was taken care of right away. Condo could do with a deep clean.

Rescued

Our unit was still under repair from the damage caused by las falls hurricanes so Allen made arrangements for another unit until we could get into ours. Allen and Beth above and beyond the make our stay possible. They're the greatest!! We had a wonderful time at Bermuda Bay and can't wait to return next year.

Issues we had the condo

This was a two bedroom two bath condo. The former front bedroom is currently being used as a HAIR SALON. The two doors that access the SALON are interior doors you can clearly hear conversations. A attempt was made to correct the sound issue but was not resolved by the time we left. The current lock system does not prevent someone to enter the condo from the SALON. The water supply lines for the SALON are coming from the second front bathroom, the bottom of the door is cutout to route water lines from the bathroom to SALON. The owners live in the townhouse next door. SALON customers are going through the owners home to enter what used to be the front bedroom of this condo and now is the SALON. The condo is listed to sleep four people. This is not true, it only has a king bed in the one bedroom. When I asked about it I was told you could use an inflatable bed. But we would have to move furniture in the living room to accommodate an inflatable bed. The lanai is missing a wall and open to the outside.
