Welcome to Pontemanco, the prettiest village in Due Carrare where you'll find a relaxing quiet atmosphere, amazing landscapes.
Superb flat in nice, quiet area, spacious autonomous location close to the river with a charming garden. Wifi provided.The flat has been rebuilt and redecorated in the last few months so you will find amenities like air conditioning, private entrance and car park, pretty garden in the backyard, bicycles and more .
10 mins by car to Terme Euganee railway station which connects to Padova (10 mins) to Venice( 20 mins) to Bologna and Verona ( 40 mins) 5 mins to amenities, supermarket, restaurant, bars, gym with sauna. New development with high quality finishings.
The space is a clean and modern flat that is ideally hidden in a ancient village development in a quite neighbourhood in Due Carrare where you can retreat into a calm and peaceful nights rest in a warm and cosy setting. It is a full 2 bedroom flat with a real double bed , wardrobe and bedside table. The reception/living room comprised of kitchen with table and chairs sofa and armchair.
The neighbourhood boasts several path in the area either to run or ride bycicle and is perfectly located beside the river where you will benefit from the stunning landscape mostly when the weather is good.
The nearest bus station is just 200 metres from the flat which is connected to the main lines to reach Euganean Hills, Venice, Padova, Verona Lake Garda in a reasonable 30 mins or more
Flat was restored with antique furniture, making it a perfect blend of old and new.I'll give you a key on arrival, so please feel at home and come and go as you wish. There are no time restrictions with wake-up time or when you come back after an evening out.
Also there will be no problem with early morning arrival or departure nor late departure flight times.I live next door so I can spend time with my guests suggesting beatiful trips around Veneto region. I m a runner so I can tell you about amazing paths along the river to run or ride on. Due Carrare has a dense network of cycling paths and roads that connect the major cities of the Veneto region. It is located in the middle of a lovely area for riding to the Euganean Hills and Chioggia.How do you like spend your free time on holiday? Ask me info about doing sports, travelling around Veneto region or eating Italian food at the traditional 'osteria'

Der Aufenthalt war an sich wirklich gut. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind immer, aber wir waren sehr zufrieden. Bis auf den Punkt dass der Wasserboiler/Durchlauferhitzer ein paar mal ausfiel und gen Schluss nicht mehr funktionierte. Dadurch wurde das Duschen zum Challenge.

Struttura molto accogliente e ben arredata, pulita e molto comoda.L’appartamento è completamente dotato di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno, molto gradito trovare il necessario per la prima colazione. Il giardinetto esterno è un plus non da poco. Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile.Siamo stati molto bene e non possiamo che consigliarlo.

Good but not great.

My husband and I stayed for almost six weeks in this apartment, and while it was okay, it wasn't great. Here is a list of my pros and cons. Pros: country feel, reasonably priced, washer and dryer provided, host is hospitable. Cons: bedding was very old and very uncomfortable, all furnishings were also uncomfortable, toilet leaked, shower is very small and does not have a door, so water gets everywhere every time someone showers, dogs bark ALL hours of the night/day, tight quarters around overgrowth so if you leave the windows open, all sorts of bugs get in, far away from any city, the bus only goes to train station once a day.

stylish and private!

The property was just as pictured! This was a great spot for day trips to surrounding areas, Padua, Monslice, Venice, Verona, and not even too far to get to the Dolomites! Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, everything you could need in the Kitchen. Good info from the host on nearby restaurants. Great apt for 2 people. I would reccomend re arranging the the open room area with more seating to better accomodate a family as the couch is small. There could be another wall cabinet or shelf in the kitchen for food storage. I would definitly reccomend to others. Thank you for the wonderful home base in our explorations of northern italy!

Urlaub im Dorf

Die Unterkunft ist in einem sehr kleinen Ort in dem es nur eine kleine Bäckerei und eine kleine Kneipe gibt. Umliegende schöne Städte wie Venedig oder Padova sind sehr gut mit der Bahn bzw dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung als solches ist schön eingerichtet wenn man einen Mix aus alt und neu mag. Uns hat jedoch gestört, dass die Wohnung (außer dem Schlafzimmer) recht dunkel ist und an den Fenstern nirgends Fliegengitter abgebracht sind. Zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt waren viele Steckmücken unterwegs, so dass man die Fenster nicht nach Lust und Laune öffnen konnte. Hinter dem Schlafzimmer ist ein kleiner, hübsch eingewachsener Garten, den wir aufgrund der Steckmücken und fehlender Kissen nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Wir sind mit Hund gereist und möchten deshalb erwähnen, dass dort im Haus ein Hund wohnt, der - genau wie die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft - recht bellfreudig ist. Also nicht so für eher Ruhe gewohnte Hunde zu empfehlen.

Hervorragender Kurzurlaub

Großzügige Unterkunft in guter Umgebung und Verkehrsanbindung. Frühstück stand bereit in Form von Müsli, Brot, Milch, Wasser, Marmelade, Obst, Joghurt, O-Saft. Prima! Kurze Wege zur Bahnstation (um z.B. nach Venedig, Verona zu fahren) oder mit dem Auto nach Padova, den Collies aber auch nach Venedig oder an die Küste. Auch unser Hund war begeistert. Es gibt viele Katzen um das Haus herum.

Excellent hub to discover the area

The appartment is nice, the location is remote and there is not a lot to do in the village. So it will all depend on what your personal interest are. It is an excellent hub to dicover the North East of Italy, Bologna, Padua, Venice. Very good beds. Nicola is a super friendly host and gave us excellent recommendations for the area. Improvement tips from our side to increase the comfort even more : - It would be nice if a proper seating area would be present with 1 or 2 chairs and - cabinet or shelving installed in the shower so you can store your toiletories. For the rest anexcellent stay and recommendable.

Parfait !!!! Un excellent séjour de 10 nuits. Logement TRES agréable, état neuf, très propre, suffisamment spacieux pour 4, joliment décoré et climatisé ! Au grand calme et très bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. Les loueurs ont pensé à tout : ameublement fonctionnel, équipement très satisfaisant, produits de base à disposition (alimentaires, ménagers, d’hygiène…), appareils électroménagers, vélos… Bonne literie. Wifi performant. Parking. Supermarché proche. Loueurs très sympathiques, à la fois discrets et réactifs. Petit déjeuner gentiment offert Merci à Nicola et à son épouse, et bravissimo ! (Petites suggestions pour être plus que parfait 😉 : une fenêtre ou deux, équipée(s) d’une moustiquaire pour pouvoir aérer sans crainte… et un petit meuble supplémentaire dans la salle de bain pour poser son nécessaire de toilette)

Schöne Unterkunft für Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten diese Ferienwohnung für drei Erwachsene gewählt. Mit den beiden Schlafzimmern und der großen Wohnküche stand reichlich Platz zur Verfügung. Unser Vermieter war gleich nach der Ankunft da und hat uns nach der Schlüsselübergabe alles gezeigt. Ausstattung von Küche und Appartment ist hervorragend. Weitere Pluspunkte waren die gute Anbindung (wir sind nur mit eigenem PKW angereist) und die äußerst angenehme Ruhe in der Nacht. Kurz: sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die komplett eingerichtete, sehr saubere Wohnung lag sehr verkehrsgünstig zur Besichtigung der vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Venetien. Autobahn in 3 Minuten, Bahnhof mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dieser herrlichen Ferienwohnung. Besonders angenehm war das leckere Frühstück mit den köstlichen Keksen jeden Morgen! Sehr hilfreich waren für uns Nicola’s Tipps für unsere Ausflüge - leider hatten wir nur 3 Tage Zeit- viel zu wenig für diese schöne Wohnung und die Umgebung. Vielen Dank! Familie Meyer

Great Apartment with Wonderful Hosts!

This apartment is exactly as described. My husband and I accompanied by by 2 teenagers stayed here for the first week of our three week vacation in Italy. The breakfasts each morning were a real treat! Nicola goes out of his way to provide to you recommendations of where to go and what to see based upon your interests. He setup a wonderful wine tasting which everyone just loved at a close by organic winery. Our hosts were delightful. I enjoyed the quiet village with close access to daily trips out and about seeing the area. Coming back after a long day with air conditioning for those of us who live in cooler climates made adjusting to this climate easier. Individuals interested in staying in a quiet yet restful place close to the sights will be delighted staying here while experiencing the beauty of northern Italy and its towns. Nicola and his wife have created a wonderful place for any traveler to stay. Grazie!!!!!!

Großartig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine sehr, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Der Service zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und eir haben viel mehr bekommen als erwartet. Hier fühlt man sich als richtig Willkommen und zu Hause. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Liebevoll, gemütlich, großzügig

Ich war selten in einer so schönen und toll ausgestatteten Wohnung, in der wie von Geisterhand morgens ein leckeres und liebevoll gestaltetes Frühstück wartete. In dieser Wohnung ist an alles gedacht. Sie ist Sekt zu empfehlen.

Silence, quite, design troughout the countryside but mostly care for my guests. Homemade continental and English breakfast every morning at the time you prefer. We provide to make vegeterian breakfast as well.
