Welcome to seaside retreat. 4th floor, two-bedroom, two-bath ocean-view condo in the heart of Southern Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Nestled within a sprawling 33-acre resort, Myrtle Beach Resort. This condo offers a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. Just pack your bags. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen complete with Keurig and regular coffee maker, air fryer, Blender, Electric skillet just to mention a few. We are delighted to provide our guests with a few varieties coffee pods, creamers, and teas. A few snacks are provided for those late night arrivals so you aren't having to hit the grocery store right away. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We provide quality bath towels and linens. Enjoy breathtaking views from the private balcony and take advantage of the resort's 6 swimming pools for a refreshing dip. Bask in the sun at the oceanfront pool and grab a quick snack/drink at the poolside snack bar. Enjoy the multiple hot tubs to unwind or step into the sauna and steam room located in the clubhouse which also house the indoor/outdoor pool and sitting area. In the evenings stroll over to the Quarterdeck restaurant and bar for a cocktail, food and some good times, whether it be for Karaoke/dance party or Bingo night. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts,fitness room, basketball court, new playground, bike rack, ocean front swings, picnic area, grilling area. Loads of fun for the entire family. -------------------------------------THE "A" BUILDING----------------------------------
The Myrtle Beach Resort's Oceanfront A Building is the northernmost building in the resort. To the East you will find the oceanfront pool and the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. To the west you will find the seasonal ( not open year round) lazy river/splash pad, and west end pool. The building and surrounding parking lot are maintained by the A building maintenance team Approximately 375 parking spaces surround the A Building providing ample parking for authorized guests. There are ramps and stairs into the first floor of the raised A Building. Unit numbers are marked on each door. ( low numbers to high numbers from east to west in the building- even numbers on the south side and odd numbers on the north. There are three elevators and four stairwells within the building. Our unit is just next to the elevator and ramp located on south side of building. Sundecks for all guests to enjoy are located on the 5th floor that offer great sunrise and sunset views, as well as relaxing sunning during the day! Each floor has a coin operated laundry room (just before middle elevator ( with a change machine on 3rd floor laundry room).The Oceanfront A Building's trash bins are located at each of the exits. The Common areas of the building have surveillance recording devices maintained by Myrtle Beach Resort Security who are on the resort 24/7 .
------------------------------RESORT/CONDO ACCESS-------------------------------
Check in information is sent to the guests the morning of check-in. This information gives the address as well as the code for the security gate and the condo entry door code.
As long as the reserving guest has met the ID requirement which will be checked by security at the gate house, a subsequent message will be sent with directions through the resort and to the condo door along with the door code.
Myrtle Beach Resort does charge a $20 per vehicle fee for the time frame of your stay. This can only be paid by credit/debit card as they DO NOT accept cash payment and is retained by Myrtle Beach Resort. This fee is non-refundable.
Myrtle Beach Resort has much to offer for fun in the sun! Beside the easy access to the beautiful beach you'll find 6 pools (both indoor and outdoor), hot tubs, a lazy river, splash zone for kids, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, a life sized chess/checker's board, and putt putting green.
-----------------------------------Pool Information---------------------------------------
The A Building Oceanfront pool is open year-round 9am-10pm (closing earlier in the winter). The West end pool and Lazy River (SEASONAL) is open 9am-10pm during the summer. Closing for both is usually around October 15th, which could also vary depending on weather conditions.
The clubhouse swim through pool is open from 9am-10pm year-round (closing earlier during the winter months).
The B Building pool is open year-round from 9am-10pm. (Closing earlier during the winter). INDOOR

NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORT
-Service animals are permitted, but must be registered with the building manager 30 days in advance of your stay at the resort.
If you have not pre-registered your service animal, you WILL NOT be permitted into the resort.
If you bring an unregistered animal on the property, you can be fined $500 and you will ne evicted from the condo and you will NOT receive a refund.

Animals are not allowed on resort property or in the condo at any time per HOA rules.
Smoking is prohibited in the condo! Guests can access smoking areas on the ground level.
Parties are prohibited!
Maintenance will need access to the unit on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for pest control. Refusal will lead to additional charges.
Unregistered guests are not allowed.
Amenity closures and service interruptions, while rare, an sometimes occur. These instances are unavoidable and are out of the control of the host. Closures/outages do not warrant a refund of any kind.
**Reserving guests MUST submit a picture of his/her government issued ID (matching account) via messenger within 24 hours of booking**

*Before checkout all guests need to:
Remove all used towels, wash cloths, and linens and place them in bath tubs. Load and start the dishwasher using the provided cleaning products.
Turn off appliances.
Dispose of unwanted food items in the fridge.
Place all garbage in trash bins located at the elevator.
Please close and lock all sliders and close curtains.
Turn off all lights
Set A/C to 75 Degrees. Winter time Please set to 68 Degrees.
