Why Charmaine McIntosh chose Barbican
This is my family home that was built for my late husband and I to display and share our love of Jamaican art. This unique home was my 'dream-home' and while we rented it for almost 14 years it was time for us to move back in to enjoy it ourselves. All our friends and family that have stayed with us thus far have enjoyed the space, the layout, the location and it's closeness to everything.
What makes this bed & breakfast unique
Perhaps one of the best things about my home is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Kingston 6 is probably the most sought after area to live primarily for its close proximity (WALKING DISTANCE) to everything around (restaurants, business district, schools, nightlife etc.) it while maintaining a very 'suburban' feel. All of our guests enjoy our key location, conveniently close & walking distance ( that much) to Sovereign North, Sovereign Plaza, Lane plaze, Orchid village and much more. Perhaps the thing that stands out the most with our home is the art, and it's infusion with everything, from the giant statue we have outside, the garden, and even the lamps used in your guest suite. Everything has it's own personality and we hope you enjoy it as well!
