This studio apartment, furnished with a king bed and a fold out twin sofa bed, makes for a great place for a weekend getaway to Oxford, whether for a Ole Miss football weekend in the fall, baseball or double decker in the spring or anything in between. This studio also features a full kitchen, and laundry space. It is located less than 2 miles from campus and the Oxford square and convenient to all parts of town.

Additionally, if you are looking for more space, we have a neighboring but separate two bedroom unit available. If you're interested in booking both units together, please reach out to the host!

Beautiful, clean condo in a perfect location! The owners have really thought of everything and included extra special touches (i.e. a few bottles of water, some snacks, a few coffee pods, detergent, sound machine) to make their place truly turn key for a long weekend. The bed and pillows were also super comfortable with nice white sheets. This will definitely be our new home away from home when we come to Oxford!!!

Perfect studio apartment for our visit to Ole Miss!

This studio apartment was perfect for our stay! The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Location was great, short ride to square and University and was truly perfect for a short stay for 2 people. Property manager was easy to communicate with, the parking was easy and the room was very comfortable to relax in. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Parent’s Weekend

What a wonderful weekend visiting our daughter for parent’s weekend. The property was new and comfortable in an ideal location to everything Ole Miss. Clint was a wonderful host and we hope to stay at the property again.

Beautiful condo, close to everything

We had the best stay at this condo for a football weekend. The condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and conveniently located to downtown Oxford and Ole Miss. We definitely want to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Stay!

This condo was a great home base for our time in Oxford for Parents’ Weekend! It was nice to have a small kitchen & living room. Way better than a hotel room! There was even enough room for our son to stay with us one night. Communication with the owner was thorough and timely. We had everything we needed & more. We will definitely look to stay here again on future visits.

the kitchen sink does not work. The sink leak and water ran onto the floor when making sink water. The place is located on a main busy road, and the car Noice!! mad it hard to sleep at night or in the morning. Walls are very, very thin and one night a couple was fighting at 4am and I had to knock on the walls to let them know, to cut it out. The place was very clean. I would stay again.

Exceptional apartment !

We loved this rental and were extremely impressed at the quality of furnishings and the cleanliness of the rental. The owners have thought of everything that one might need from cold waters when we arrived to Kuerig coffee for the mornings. Plenty of extra bedding for the sofa bed which my son slept in - we were in town to move him out of his dorm and cannot wait to return to this charming property! Thank you!!!
