Uptown Cottage @ The Matterhorn Inn

Located three blocks from The Matterhorn, in the heart of uptown Sedona, our beautiful single-story cottage boasts three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a laundry room. The first and second bedrooms have king size beds, while the third offers a single bed and an additional single trundle bed for added convenience. The living room is equipped with a Television for late-night movie watching and the private outdoor patio invites you to unwind with a barbeque and a seating area, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after a rewarding day of hiking. If you still have energy after your hike, enjoy the ping pong table in the garage for added fun.

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be charged a one night's room rate and applicable tax. Failure to show up at property is deemed a no show and guest will be charged the full amount of the guest stay including taxes.

This place was great. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and just what we were expecting from the pictures. It was a three minute drive to the Matterhorn Inn and Uptown Sedona, and close to Safeway for groceries and everything we wanted to do, but yet removed enough for privacy and quiet. It included parking at the Matterhorn Inn, which is right on the main road of Uptown Sedona, which made it very convenient to go to the shops there. We also used the pool and hot tub at the Inn, which was super convenient. Also, if we needed anything, we could go to the front desk of the Inn and someone could help us out. Overall this was a great rental experience.

The Cottage is part of the "Matterhorn Collection", which are vacation rental properties owned and operated by the Matterhorn Inn. The Cottage, is less than three short blocks away from our hotel, giving guests access to the hotel amenities and allowing our team to respond with any requests during your stay.

Our Collection of rental properties are all owned and operated by the Matterhorn Inn. You won't find any personal belongings in our rentals, as they are designed for guest use only. If you need anything during your stay, our front desk team is there to assist, or equally important, just leave you alone and enjoy your time in Sedona.
