The space
This is professionally decorated with a mix of modern, cottage and beach theme. Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each stay! It was designed to be enjoyed in all seasons! Open floor plan with many amenities including flat screen smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, glassware, spices, cutting boards, blender, toaster, tea pot, Keurig coffee maker, baking ware, full size stove, microwave, dishwasher and daily cleaners. All linens included!
Create Summer memories at nearby beaches, waterside bars/restaurants, jet skis, paddle boards or playing golf or visiting over 40 nearby wineries! Have a BBQ and drinks on our large deck in a private backyard under the string lights or relax in the sitting hammock or swinging chair. Wash off the sand in our outdoor heated shower while looking up to the sky.
Roast marshmallows around the firepit during any season and admire the evening stars!
Take a FALL trip and visit area wineries and farm stands than come back a relax around our 2 indoor electric fireplaces or outside firepit.
Visit in the WINTER and see all the Holiday decorations and events in the Hamptons!

Two bedrooms on main level with a queen in the master and queen in the 2nd bedroom. Both bright and comfortable with plenty of room. A full bath is on the main level with shower, bathtub - hair dryer included.

Upstairs is a very cool loft! Two posturepedic mattresses with cushy carpet and plenty of space.- bean bags too!
*There is a ladder to enter the loft.

Lower level has two twin beds- you can push together for a king- and a double futon.
Plenty of space with a sitting area and work desk space with printer and Foosball table.
It is like another private suite! Full bathroom with shower! Laundry area with beach chairs and sand toys!

*Small staircase from the main level gives you access to the lower level or you can use the large staircase from the deck area to lower level.

WORK SPACE with a large desk, printer and task lighting is located on lower level.

*Please note there is only ladder access to the loft area.
There is a small staircase to the lower level which may be difficult for physically challenged.
