2 B/R - 2nd floor Penthouse in the 'Patatran' block of apartments , measuring 165 SQM, superbly located in the fully developed quiet southern part of the Island with a commanding view on the Eden Island Super Yacht Marina .
The Penthouse features 2 bedrooms, the Master with a king size double bed and the 2nd room with two single beds . Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with separate shower and toilet cabinets plus wall safes. There is a large indoor living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with built in appliances and a huge breezy covered wrap around veranda (65 m2) offering fascinating views, privacy and relaxation.
The nearby horizon is dominated by Mahe Island with its flush green granite hills dropping steeply into the turquoise Indian ocean. On the veranda there is an outdoor dining set for up to 8 guests with a Weber Gas Grill , 3 sun-beds and a settee from which to enjoy the unique sunsets.

The penthouse apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout (with extra ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the veranda) , TV sets with DSTV Sat subscription in all rooms , free WIFI (slow) and a golf cart to move around the island. The Penthouse is within easy walking distance of Eden Island's 4 private swimming beaches. A swimming pool is just 50m away. The clubhouse (with the club restaurant “Palmière” ) offers a fully equipped gym , a swimming pool, flood litted tennis- and padel courts and a children’s' play ground. Eden Island also offers a retail centre with a Supermarket, banks, ATMs, a wide range of boutiques, cafes , bars and half a dozen of seaside restaurants catering to a great variety of tastes and budgets.
Minimum stay is 5 nights. Sleeps max 4 adults plus one juvenile up to 12 years!

Unless special arrangements are made cleaning is once a week with change of linen and towels.

Great appartment, great location

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Fantastic terrace with great view. Kitchen has everything you need and golf buggy very handy to move aroud. Eden Island is a good location for a week of relaxing after 2 weeks touring in SA and Zim.

Amazing location

The description is exactly the same, I will not repeat the amenities and features provided. I will only add the availability of a brand new refrigerator, microwave oven and washing machine. Amazing location, the view from the balcony is beautiful. This place is my love now. The owner was very attentive and interested in our needs, his assistant Sarah was always in touch. The only thing that was very frustrating was the lack of cleanliness and freshness. General cleaning and professional washing of bed linen and towels are required.

Excellent family holiday

Family holiday in February. Resort well maintained and plenty of choice for beaches or pools. There are many places to eat and drink. There is a Spar and other shops in the plaza for your shopping needs. The apartment is a great size with a fantastic veranda encompassing most rooms. Both bedrooms have large walk-in showers and the beds are very comfortable. The living space is large and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances. It was a home from home where you could chill out and relax and enjoy the spectacular views. Thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone considering visiting Mahe. Use of golf buggy was a bonus to get about the resort in the hot temperatures. From the initial booking and throughout our stay the owner Georges was prompt in his communication with us.

Perfect apartment on Eden Island

We stayed for five days with a family of four. Georges helped us arrange a driver upon our arrival, and even a babysitter to keep our boys for an afternoon so we could scuba dive nearby. He was also in contact throughout our stay for any questions or problems. The apartment itself is even better than pictured, very modern and spacious. Balcony was really lovely for family dinners! Well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We were able to get a baby cot and highchair as well for our little one. A favorite perk was the use of the golf cart to get around Eden Island, which our ten-year-old especially loved! Eden Island isn't far from the airport and an easy drive to the beaches in the north and eastern part of Mahe. The Spar supermarket had everything we needed for several meals in, and supplies for picnics on the beach. Finally, there was a parking garage for our rental car, private beaches and a swimming pool just outside the building. I highly recommend staying in this unit and if our family returns to Seychelles one day, we'd hope to stay here again!

Erholsame Ferien in einer sehr schönen und gut eingerichteten Wohnung

Die Wohnung verdient eindeutig fünf Sterne. Die Lage, Einrichtung, Klimaanlage usw. der Wohnung sind sehr gut und haben zu unseren schönen und erholsamen Ferien beigetragen. Auch die Betreuung durch den Eigentümer und die Leute vor Ort hat sehr gut geklappt. Wenn man aber von der Insel Mahe und vom Leben auf den Seychellen etwas erleben möchte, muss man zwingend ein Auto/Fahrer mieten und diese selber erkunden. Denn auf Eden Island ist man in einem schönen und gepflegtem "Ghetto". Leider war, zumindest in dieser Jahreszeit, am Abend auf Eden Island alles ziemlich ausgetorben. Wenn man etwas Abendprogramm haben will, muss man auch hierfür rausgehen (z.B. mit dem Taxi nach Victoria). Fazit: Auf Eden Island kann man sich wunderbar und in schöner und ruhiger Admosphäre erholen. Wenn man etwas von den Seychellen erleben will, muss man rausgehen. Beides lässt sich aber sehr gut kombinieren.

Besten Dank fuer Ihre lobende Review. Ja Juli ist schon eine eher ruhige Zeit auf den Seychellen. Richtiges High Life ist schon eher waehrend den saisonal favorisierten Monaten April / Mai sowie August / September und dann natuerlich ueber die Weihnachts / Neujahrstage angesagt.

Just what the doctor ordered

Our two weeks in this property relieved more stress than my recent spinal operation. My wife and I, and our daughter and her fiancée, enjoyed our time in the Seychelles, but you could have transplanted this apartment to almost anywhere, and it would have had the same effect. The penthouse is very quiet, absolutely fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, and in the best location on Eden Island. At first, I thought it would be better overlooking a beach, but after arriving, and taking in the peaceful entertainment from the activity on the marina, I changed my mind. While seated on the expansive balcony, you see the dramatic granite cliffs across the water in front, open water to the left, and the beautiful marina to the right. As for the unit itself, the provision of every sort of cooking utensil and gadget, the generous supply of dishes of every type, and TWO dining tables with six seats each (one table on the wraparound balcony) made cooking, and eating, a pleasure (the Spar grocery store is a short drive away, in the golf cart). The furniture is high quality throughout, the clothes washer and dryer are easy to use, and big, and the beach is a short stroll away. To top it off, the owner, Georges, is a true professional, and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Drop everything, and rent this unit now. You and your family will love it.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in einer sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung auf Eden Island. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet eine tolle zentrale Lage. Hervorzuheben ist der wirklich großzügige Terrassenbereich mit vielen Sitz- und Liegeflächen. Eden Island selbst bietet viele verschiedene Aktivitäten, Restaurants, und wunderschöne Strandbereiche. Jeder Wohnung steht ein Golfcar zur Verfügung um tägliche Wege zu verkürzen. Die Buchung als auch die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr professionell und unkompliziert. Die Insel Mahe bietet traumhafte Strände, nette Einwohner und ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 💯% weiterempfehlen. Beautiful apartment and facilities. Georges was an outstanding host

The four of us (two couples) stayed for four days and we were thoroughly impressed with the penthouse and its views, the well designed layout (beautiful and spacious wrap around veranda where we enjoyed drinks and sights) and ample, well appointed accommodations. The facilities offered within the resident area (beaches, restaurants, shops, etc.) were all close at hand and extremely easy to get to with the supplied golf cart. Georges' attention to detail in hosting us, managing the reservation, and providing suggestions on things to do made the stay worry free and a lot of fun. Ron the driver was outstanding..on time, full of great ideas on things to do, knowledgeable, and most importantly, a really nice person and a joy to be around. We would highly recommend to anybody wanting to have a great and comfortable place to call "home" while spending time in Mahe

Amazing apartment!

We had a great vacation at Eden island. The apartment was comfortable and had a huge veranda which we used a lot. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were big and had enough space for an extra baby bed. The owner was very helpful with anything that occurred and so also the reception at Eden island. Eden island had several good beaches, restaurants and a small shopping centre. It was easy to go by taxi to Victoria where you could find a good food market. We definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful Penthouse

Our stay at Eden Island Penthouse was everything we expected and more. The view overlooked Mahe Island and the marina. It was a breathtaking view. We rented a catamaran for the day and they picked us up right in front of the penthouse. We had the convenience of a golf cart to run around the island. We went snorkeling at the beaches right by the house. It was so nice to have the comforts of home. We were able to buy groceries and fix our meals or head up to Eden Plaza for dinner or coffee. They had two wonderful restaurants that we all really liked, The Boardwalk and Bravo. We will definitely recommend our friends. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Tolles Penthouse Apartment in traumhafter Lage

Toller Urlaub in einem großzügigem Penthouse Apartment mit Blick auf den Yachthafen und auf Mahe. Apartment war sowohl von der Lage her als auch von der Ausstattung sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

We are living in Nairobi - less than 3 flying hours from the Seychelles. We come to the Seychelles regularly. We appreciate the friendly people, the climate , year round boating possibilities and the really laid back atmosphere of the Islands.

The Apartment is on the side of the "Patatran" block. adding lots of extra light (from the side) and added privacy with own access corridor.
Against all expectation you will not experience any noise emission whatsoever that you might expect from any leisure boat marina.
