This home offers a spacious kitchen and living room area for everyone to gather. There is access to the patio from the kitchen outside sitting area and gas grill for guest use.
Upstairs has a primary bedroom with private bath and a TV. The second bedroom has two full beds and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom having a queen bed.
The loft upstairs provides a second lounge area with TV or can be used as an additional sleeping area with a sleeper sofa.

With PURCHASED AMENITY PASSES, guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, fitness center seasonally run shuttle to Bethany Beach, multi sport court, sauna and walking trails.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)
