The entire ground level unit of the lake view house in Seattle area (Sammamish) is yours--There are two completely separate units with separate entrances; only the ground level unit is rental with complete privacy; Central AC; 2 bedrooms (Master with French door to balcony); 1 ½ bath, kitchen, dining room, 2 fireplaces, huge deck, outdoor gas fire pit, laundry room for guests only, cable TV, high speed Internet access, WiFi, walking distance to the 11-mile trail along the waterfront, perfect for cycling, jogging and walking; a few miles from hiking/paragliding field, easy access to freeways, outdoor activities. The lower unit is not rented;
