We enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean and everything was in working order. The lake view is as advertised. There are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within a short driving distance. Short walk down to a paved lake side walking/biking path. Hosts were responsive and professional. We recommend highly. Would book again if we return to the area.

Amazing location in Sammamish!

Beautiful property and lovely hosts

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view of the lake and great seating on the deck. House is a cooks dream with pots pans and baking dishes. Hosts were friendly and very responsive to any need we might have.

Perfect!

Beautiful retreat on Lake and Van for the amazing views!

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful lake house. Amazing views of Lake Sammamish. The home was clean, spacious, quiet, relaxing and had a very well equipped kitchen. You would never know the owners were downstairs, yet when we had a question, we received an immediate reply! We will be back to stay when we return to visit family.

Wonderful Time Away

Mike and Mitra were great hosts with their wonderful property in a perfect location. We rode the bike trails daily with our daughter with special needs and enjoyed relaxing mornings and evenings overlooking the lake.

Absolutely Gorgeous View!!

We spent 5 days at this gorgeous home and absolutely loved it. The pictures on VRBO are gorgeous, but we thought the property was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. This is the place to stay when visiting the area. We will definitely stay here again, and cannot recommend this home highly enough.

Everything you need

Great place with beautiful views of the lake. All the amenities you need and a beautiful kitchen to prepare meals. The beds are super comfortable and the Owners are great . Check on us a few times to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful retreat

We spent four weeks at this lovely house with a beautiful view of Lake Sammamish. The house is perfect and contains everything you might need to a short or long stay. The owners are very sweet people and quick to answer any question or remedy any problem. Highly recommend this house.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second stay at this property, and once again, it did not disappoint. After a great experience last year, we chose to return this summer. We were pleased to see that the property has had some updates, adding even more value and convenience for guests. Both hosts, Mike and Mitra, are incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We especially enjoyed hiking the nearby trail and taking in the beautiful lake views.

Enjoy the view outside from the comforts of inside

Our family of four (two children, ages 7 and 4) were very pleased with our brief stay at this home. It is very well-appointed; from kitchen utensils to extra pillows one needs not worry about missing any comforts of home. It is very clean, in wonderful condition, and the views of the lake and the home's over-all location did not disappoint. We will very much look forward to our next stay.

Beautiful scenery and home

Easy access into Seattle and all the amenities needed to enjoy a holiday away from home. Gorgeous view of Lake Sammamish. Welcoming owners and excellent walking trails. Comfortable and artistic with privacy. Easy to get to grocery stores and everyday needs. We will stay again!

Lovely lake property

Stayed at this rental property for five days while having our own hardwood floors refinished. The home is located on a quiet residential street, is spotlessly clean, and wonderfully appointed, with wonderful views of Lake Sammamish and a stones throw from the Sammamish trail.

Big Bend and Beyond

We had a great time visiting with our son and his partner. Mike and Mitras property was perfect for what we needed. An incredible western exposure over the lake provided us some beautiful sunsets after our days adventuring. The well equipped kitchen was perfect for all of our cooking fun. Beds were perfect, We will rent this property again in the future.

Perfect place to decompress

My friends and I reunited from 4 states for the first time in 3 years. The house was clean, relaxing and well-equipped for us to enjoy meals together and catch up in a cozy environment. As athletes, we all enjoyed daily runs and bike rides right on the trail. The host was a great communicator and we loved this property!
