Conveniently located 1/2 mile to most everything in Old Town Scottsdale and within a 5 - 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants, shops, and galleries.
The home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood right next to Old Town.
It sleeps and entertains 8 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and small vanity areas in bedrooms to expedite getting ready, it vibes a modern decor, has two seperate indoor living areas, a beautifully landscaped backyard with a nice big pool (optional heating available) and an 8 person seperate hot tub, poolside lounge chairs and umbrellas, BBQ, extra burner for sauce, a sink, bar seating, and a dining table for 8 with and an overhead ceiling fan for an extra breeze.

Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale is less than 1/2 mile from the house.
You can access Old Town by walking down 6th St. were the house is located, or the well lit and paved, cross cut canal path at Indian School Road and 68th St. which is also less than 1/2 mile North from the house. Once you arrive at the path it is another 1/2 mile walk to The Main Street gallery's, shops, bars, and restaurants and 5th Avenue shops, bars, and restaurants, Jenny's Ice Cream, South Bridge restaurant, bars and shops, as well as The Fashion Square Mall (Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Dillards, Macy's, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, etc.), and the restaurants at Fashion Square which include Nobu, Ocean 44, Francine, and Tacaya Modern Mexican.

Also, we are just a 3/4 mile walk to The Scottsdale Stadium, home to The San Francisco Giants spring training facility. And Honor Health Care Hospital.

The Salt River Fields at Talking Stick are a 15 minute drive from the home. The Field hosts the Arizona Diamond Backs, and Colorado Rockies baseball teams for spring training.
The Fields are also near The Butterfly Museum and the Aquarium.

Each of the bedrooms have a great memory foam mattress, comfortable bedding and an extra blanket, 4 pillows, closet with hangars, shoe storage and a clothes hamper, dresser, two nightstands each with a lamp and usb ports, and a vanity area, and a small waste basket.

Our kitchen is very well stocked for any holiday dinner and includes table service for 8 plus people, pots and pans, cookware, cutting knives, bakeware, serving bowls and platters, cheese board, cutting boards, coffee maker, wide slot toaster, electric hot water kettle, blender, filtered water at sink, a large selection of seasonings, ground coffee, filters, tea, sugar, honey, storage containers, foil, plastic wrap, plastic storage bags and containers, paper towels, napkins, sponge, dish soap and dish washer detergent, plastic garbage bags.

A dining table for 8 people comfortably seated, and a bar counter with 2 swivel chairs.

We have two indoor living areas both with bars, and large Smart TV's, and comfortable seating

Our laundry area provides a full sized front loading washer and dryer, laundry detergent, spray and wash, clothes softening dryer sheets, ironing board, iron, small vacuum, broom and dust pan.

A desk with basic office supplies, copy paper, and a hardwired or bluetooth color printer.
