Entertainment home w/swimming pool, 15 min to Disneyland, beaches

Generously furnished & newly renovated home located near Old Town Tustin in a safe neighborhood.
Accommodate 6 people: 2 queen beds + 2 single trundle beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A black bottom pool with Jacuzzi is most refreshing during the summer months. Optional pool heating is available at cost of utilities. Ideal for entertainment and family gathering: a large BBQ island, complete with sink and separate cook top. Plenty of outdoor furniture to accommodate dozens of guests. In Southern California, we mostly dine in our backyard because we almost never see a BUG.
60’ flat screen TV with surround-sound,Bluray player with many movies. Over the air TV ( over 50 local channels) as well as Netflix, Pandora. 46'TV in one bedroom with Netflix.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and a built-in dining area. All linens, cookware, dishes and utensils included.
In addition to WiFi, we provide you with a PC and a 24’ monitor.

Our stay at this home was just as advertised, amazing and relaxing. The home was clean and spacious for our family. The outdoor pool and hot tub saved our bodies after days and days of walking Disneyland. The home had all the amenities to keep us comfortable, including a well stocked kitchen. If you’re planing to visit Disneyland with your family, forget about staying at the hotels, this home has it all.

Owner was super responsive. Thr pool was nice as well as the spa. Well maintained with instructions on how to operate. Owner even let me check out an hour later. The only thing I did not like was the home had an elderly person scent. Other than that, it would have been 5stars.

Location of the property was really good. Only 15 minutes to Disneyland. House was spacious. Only use the spa one time. My granddaughter said it was super nice

The location was great for visiting our family and for downtown Orange. The host was very quick to respond and was excellent. However, the property is tired and was not very clean, particularly the kitchen which had cobwebs hanging from the top units, the unit doors were dirty and so was the oven. The outside space was great but the outside kitchen was in poor condition. The property requires some tlc.

My family and I loved our stay! The proximity to the parks was great, but the Uber’s added up, we were expecting that. The pool was amazing and the spa was easy to use. The property itself was clean and inviting. We definitely wanted to stay longer.

Great place for a Disney trip

This was a great location for a Disneyland vacation. Doanh was very good at responding when we had questions about the pool and when we needed a couple supplies for the house. Would stay here again.

Great getaway

Everything was as advertised. Clean, good storage, good kitchen with supplies. When we asked for a couple of things, they were delivered the next day. Well located to everything. We would suggest railings for the spa and pool for safer access...but then we're older. The trundle bed would be OK for kids but so much for adults. We'll be going back. We stayed for a month to get out of the desert heat - it was fantastic. Yes, it was in the path of JWA but we got used to it. The owner is wonderful.

Great little place!

This was perfect for our multi-generational family of six to use as home base while we explored SoCal. The house was homey and gave us room to spread out. The pool was a great hit for the kids!
