Entertainment home w/swimming pool, 15 min to Disneyland, beaches

Generously furnished & newly renovated home located near Old Town Tustin in a safe neighborhood.
Accommodate 6 people: 2 queen beds + 2 single trundle beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A black bottom pool with Jacuzzi is most refreshing during the summer months. Optional pool heating is available at cost of utilities. Ideal for entertainment and family gathering: a large BBQ island, complete with sink and separate cook top. Plenty of outdoor furniture to accommodate dozens of guests. In Southern California, we mostly dine in our backyard because we almost never see a BUG.
60’ flat screen TV with surround-sound,Bluray player with many movies. Over the air TV ( over 50 local channels) as well as Netflix, Pandora. 46'TV in one bedroom with Netflix.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and a built-in dining area. All linens, cookware, dishes and utensils included.

Great base for Southern California sightseeing

The house in Tustin was a very relaxing place to stay for 2 weeks whilst we explored the Disney parks, stunning beaches, San Diego, Palm Springs and Tustin area itself. Tustin is a really nice town with great shops and a really nice cafe (Lost Bean). The house itself is very tidy and the heated pool and hot-tub was a really good way to spend downtime. We travelled from U.K. so being in a real American neighbourhood was a novelty, especially as locals were so friendly. I especially enjoyed the hummingbirds that visited and the huge outside barbecue grill. I hope we can return soon.

COMFORTABLE ACCOMMOATION IN TUSTIN

I WOULD RATE THIS AS 3+ STAR ACCOMMODATION. COMFORTABLE FOR SIX. HAS POOL AND A VERY GOOD JUCUZZI. IN MY OPINION SOME ISSUES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED LIKE SHOWER WATER SLOW TO DRAIN FROM BATH. PROBABLY NEEDS A LITTLE MORE DRESSING UP. CANNOT COMPARE TO OTHER PROPERTY IN AREA BUT THIS MAYBE A LITTLE OVER PRICED, BUT THEN THIS IS L.A.

Excellent property

Fantastic property, very homely all you’d ever need for your stay, outdoor area is the icing on the cake bbq area, pool, jacuzzi and plenty of space to relax. My family thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely rent it again. Centrally locted for Disney and the beaches in the area. Great choice.

Nice house in a convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at the house which is well equipped and in a good location for access to the beaches/malls/parks etc. Would be useful to have instructions for the appliances such as the washing machine and the hammock looks a bit tired but the pool was very nice.

A relaxing family holiday in paradise

We chose this property based on the pictures - and they didn't lie - the whole place was lovely and very well equipped. Despite sweltering temperatures (the pool-guy commented that he hadn't felt heat like it !!) the villa stayed cool and comfortable and gave us some respite when (if) we needed it. Multiple options for soaking in the glorious sunshine were available (could hardly lever my wife from the hammock !) and the planting all around the garden encouraged a wide range of wildlife including humming birds, squirrels and parrots which were lovely to see. The pool and jacuzzi were SO well-used and kept really clean and fresh via regular visits as were the grounds. Beds were really comfortable and the entertainment system gave us (the kids) more than enough choices whilst relaxing out of the blazing rays in the evenings. Sited on a very quiet street the location was brilliant (my Son even made friends with a neighbour's kid who also liked skateboarding and traded tricks :) ) Tustin itself is a great 'City' with lots of shops (some of them harder to find than others) and they put on a fantastic 4th July celebration at the High School - we watched the festivities and fireworks form the bleachers ... :) Would not hesitate to most highly recommend this property and Doanh as a host with excellent communications at all stages through the process. Thanks for everything Doanh - you have a lovely place.
