Fabulous beachfront Penthouse at La Perla De La Bahia
La Perla De La Bahia is a colourful and luxurious beach front development inspired by both Spanish and Moorish architecture built and maintained to a very high standard located in Casares Costa just 10 minutes from Estepona town. If you are looking for something a little bit special and unique this is the place for you!
There are four swimming pools situated in the private mature and lush tropical gardens overlooking a quiet sandy beach and the mediterranean sea. The pools have plenty of loungers for guests to use and there is direct access to the beach from the gardens.
This fabulous three bedroom penthouse apartment is situated at the Southern end of the block on two levels with spectacular uninterrupted sea views from almost all rooms and enjoys complete privacy. The apartment has just been refurbished and is finished to a very high standard. Accommodation includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a new fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and Siemens appliances. There is a dining area off the kitchen leading out to a large livingroom with a flat screen smart TV which also has 200+ live international channels. The large covered terrace can be accessed from the kitchen/dining area and the livingroom and has a second dining area for six people plus a seating area and also enjoys the wonderful sea views. The master bedroom with a super king bed overlooks the beach and has a dressing area, an ensuite with walk-in shower, jacuzzi bath and twin basins. Bedroom two overlooks the gardens and has a double bed, it shares the main bathroom with bedroom three with twin beds and overlooks the gardens and the sea.
From the livingroom there is a staircase to access the huge roof terrace with amazing views for miles down the coast. It faces South and West and you can enjoy complete privacy and relaxing times on the loungers, or prepare some food at the outdoor kitchen which has a food preparation area, a gas hob and a gas barbeque. There is also a 6 seater dining table sheltered from the sun under a pergola with natural screening from two old pine trees. Or simply enjoy a quiet evening chilling out with a glass of wine watching the sunset whilst listening to the sound of the sea gently lapping on the beach.
There is an underground parking space with a lift to bring you directly to the halldoor of the apartment, and there is additional outdoor parking.
Two great beach restaurants are within a few minutes walking distance. There is a third restaurant, a mini mart and a taxi rank just a 5 minute walk away. Four supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive. The charming town of Estepona is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide selection of restaurants, chiringuitos, shopping and a marina, and the old fishing village of Sabinillas is a 5 minutes drive or a 20 minute walk along the beachside paseo.
