Property and home were both perfect and exactly as advertised! Owners were very kind and also very quick to respond on any and all communications. Will keep this place in mind for the future and recommend it to friends!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Come back again!
We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely suggest humidifier that can be moved around the unit. Luggage rack to place suitcases on as in hotels. Also air freshener for the musty smell of being unoccupied at times. It was very clean, had many extras and it was easy to communicate throughout the process and during our stay. Would rent again. We had a rain storm come across the lake and even lost power but it wasn’t a lengthy outage.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for all of your great feedback.
It was a wonderful location. It was nicely stocked. Stephanie was prompt with responses. There were times when it was a little too warm in the house for me. I did not reach and say anything about it so that is on me. I would certainly enjoy staying here again.

Thank you for your stay. We are glad you enjoyed it.
The property was clean and the home was accommodating of our family size of 5 adults. It does not have WiFi, nor adequate cell service, so if that’s an expectation (as was ours) I want to warn you. You cannot drink alcohol on the lake legally so something else to consider when choosing. Very few options on the lake for dining and most are only open Thursday-Sunday. The country roads to get to the house are very hilly and mostly gravel so be aware. If you are looking for a quiet place to slow down, unplug and escape, this is a great choice.

Kate I am sorry your stay was not what you expected. Our listing states that we do not have Wifi so I'm sorry you missed that when you booked. We are currently working towards getting Wifi at the property. This is a rural area and we cannot control the coverage of cell services but most of our guests have had cell service. Sometimes you may have to go outside depending on who your provider is. Cullman is not a dry county but there are laws that prohibit drinking on the lake and we cannot control the laws that are in place.
We stayed for a family vacation. Would highly recommend dropping your boat off in the water (if you are bringing one) and not bringing the boat to the house. While there is parking, the drive to the house is treacherous and there is no good turnaround for a trailer. That was a little adventure.
Overall a great stay with a easy waster access without stairs which was a must for my mother in law to be able to enjoy the boat with us plus carrying my twin 3month olds up and down 100stairs would have been a very scary.
The beds were comfortable. There is a very nice view of the water from the living room and kitchen. Good parking. Great water access. Nice boat dock.
Only potential downfalls to the place include no Wi-Fi, poor cell service and a treacherous drive.
Would definitely recommend coming here and we plan to stay again in the future!
