Fabulous home with lots of open room for relaxation by the ocean. This home, tucked off the road in a private community of Harpswell, is just what you are looking for. With 3 bedrooms, and sleeping for 6, a great family vacation or get away with friends awaits.

This home has two large open living room areas. Upstairs, the open seating area has a large table for playing games, doing puzzles, as well as gathering for meals. Two couches and two comfy chairs means space for everyone. This area opens to a beautiful deck for additional seating and dining space. Relax with your morning coffee and watch boats go by from the deck or comfy chairs inside.

The downstairs living area, also overlooking the ocean, has a large sectional, 50" ROKU smart TV (Apps only, no cable), pool table, and a selection of games for your enjoyment. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also located on the lower level.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary bedroom with full bath has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and a private deck. The primary bath has a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed looking out over the water. A second 1st floor full bath with tub/shower combination is located between the two bedrooms.

A third bedroom is located on the lower level. This large space has two twin beds, a couch, and a working desk area that includes a monitor, printer and fiber optic internet. This room is the perfect private place for having a "working vacation" week, catching up on something at the office, or perhaps getting away to write your own novel.

On the upper level you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make your favorite snacks or full meal. Full size appliances, all necessary pots, pans and every kitchen accessory needed to cook or bake your culinary creations. This home is impressive with it's kitchen supplies. With two tables and 3 counter stools to sit at, there is room for everyone to hang out in the kitchen while meals are being prepared.

A Weber 3 burner gas grill on the deck and propane Lobster Cooker with pot (to be used in the yard or driveway areas only) are also available for your cooking needs.

While visiting Harpswell and it's 216 miles of shoreline we suggest checking out our local restaurants, Ice Cream and Candy shops, public beaches such as Mitchell Field, or Stover's Point Preserve. Our extensive trail system for hiking and water activities such as kayaking or taking a schooner sunset sail.

Suggested places to eat include starting your day with the Itty Bitty Coffee Shop, 5 minutes away. As the day progresses check out other Harpswell restaurants within a 20-minute drive: Erica's Seafood, Dolphin Restaurant and Marina, Pammy's Ice Cream, Uncle Pete's Community Market, Harpswell Schoolhouse, Morse's, Island Candy Company, Salt Cod Cafe, Cook's Lobster & Ale House, Sundrenched and Bailey Island General Store (BIGS). Please confirm hours before arrival for seasonal days and hours.

If shopping interests you, LL Bean and the outlet stores of Freeport are just 30 minutes away. Brunswick and Bath have great downtown areas with stores and plenty of places to explore. Enjoy Golfing? we have 5 courses within a 30 minute drive.
