HUOMAUTUS: On olemassa rakennuksen kattava maalausprojekti, joka on suunniteltu elokuun alussa syyskuun loppuun 2019 saakka. Ei ole koskaan tarvetta mennä sisälle huoneisto, mutta tämä huoneisto voi olla jonkin verran työtä suoraan parvekkeen ulkopuolella joitakin telineitä tarvitaan. Allas on avoinna ja käytettävissä, lukuun ottamatta 13. syyskuuta - 16. syyskuuta 2019.
Tämä suuri, rantahotelli, päivitetty huoneisto on setup täydellisesti Florida loma.

Makuuhuoneessa on korkealuokkainen king-size-vuode ja kylpyhuone. Kävele ulos parvekkeelta makuuhuoneesta ja nauti heräämistä Meksikonlahden nähtävyyksistä ja äänistä King-vuodeesta.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta, ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Toinen kylpyamme, jossa on amme / suihku, sijaitsee helposti kahden makuuhuoneen välissä, ja sit�� on päivitetty kauniisti. Siellä on runsaasti nukkumista kaikille, siellä on myös runsaasti tilaa. Huoneistossa on yli 1450 neliömetriä tilaa ja se on yksi suurimmista rakennuksesta ja varmasti yksi suurimmista kolmen makuuhuoneen huoneistoista rannalla!

Kaksi varattua pysäköintitilaa (harvinainen rannalla!), täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja huoneisto ja kauniisti täysin varustettu keittiö, omaisuus on hyvin setup viikon tai kuukauden, ja näkemykset pitävät sinut takaisin enemmän.
Autamme hyödyntämään lomaasi tarjoamalla ilmaisia DVD-vuokrauksia nykypäivän parhaista elokuvista ja ilmaisesta pääsystä osaan alueen suosikkitoiminnoista joka päivä! Luo jännittäviä muistoja, hauskaa ja koe todella määränpääsi!



Las Brisas -hotellin erityishuomautus: Koko rakennuksen maalaus on määrä aloittaa 12. elokuuta ja sen pitäisi kestää noin 6-8 viikkoa säästä riippuen.

Vapaa hauskaa ohjelma ei kelpaa yli 28 p��ivän oleskeluun.
Kaikissa majoituskohteissamme on täydellinen liinavaatepaketti, ranta- ja kylpypyyhkeet, aloituspaperi, käsisaippua, astianpesuaine ja roskapussit, ilmainen pysäköintimahdollisuus ja ilmainen WiFi koko oleskelun ajan.

Fun, family time

The location could not have been better. Great for a week of relaxing on the beach or easily traveling to nearby attractions. Condo was large and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Great stay!!

Las Brisas has a great view of Gulf. Lot you can do in walking distance. Our pool was closed due to repairs but the beach was just as good. Floors could be cleaned better, had to wear shoes otherwise feet were black. Overall great stay, we will back next year.

Family Vacation 2024

This is a beautiful location. Everything in the condo very nice. So many little things and extras from menus to local restaurants to extra beach towels. A very well stocked kitchen plenty or seating and comfort. I love it here and we would love to return again soon. This was a family vacation of 4 generation and all was very comfortable

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the unit and location. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!! Favorite aspect was our balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Could be down to the beach in 2 minutes. Step out of the elevator and 15 steps and you are on the beach. The unit is very spacious and has everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

This condo is well located on the beach and close to anything you could possibly need. It was comfortable for our large group, clean and well stocked, especially in the kitchen. Management staff was quick to answer any questions and provide help when needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect for 8 Friends on beach vacation!

The location of the condo is perfect. Beach right outside your door, plenty of comfortable chairs on lanai facing beach, adequate sleeping arrangements, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and restaurants right across the street!

family spring break

This condo is really nice and furniture and beds are very comfy. View off balcony is wonderful and patio furniture great for lounging. Loved all the beach chairs , toys and towels. The only negative is we needed more blankets, only one for 4 beds. I would stay here again!

Condo was perfect for our large family! super CLEAN! We celebrated Thanksgiving there and had everything necessary to prepare dinner. Sunsets were amazing from the balcony! Right on the beach. The last morning we were there we were able to see dolphins swimming around. Spent one afternoon visiting the shops at John's Pass. Condo was well stocked with beach chairs, toys, towels, books, puzzles. Can't wait to go back!

Fun in Florida

Property was as stated. Pleasantly surprised that pots and pans were of high quality. Tons of bowls for storage which is always nice. Only one small issue of unclean toilet. My adult children did say that the full size beds were uncomfortable. Primary suite bed was fine. Primary bathroom shower head didnt have very good flow. Did have issue with elevator on first day but it was resolved quickly. All in all the condo was very good. I know others complained about dirty floors but it is difficult when the sand is always coming in. We qouod book again. Thanks for such a great stay.

1st Trip to Madiera Beach

Overall we had a good time...The condo we stayed in was very nice and had plenty of seating both inside and on the balcony for all 8 of us. The beds wasn't very comfortable in our opinion but nothing sleeps as good as in your own bed. The water pressure in the showers wasn't very good either. Their is only 1 elevator at Las Brisas which was sometimes in convenient. Las Brisas also isn't gated which at 1st wasn't an issue but did become an issue because you have people coming in and parking in your parking spots.

Location is great. Property not so much.

My thoughts are not meant to bash the rental unit, however it did not meet expectations in some important areas. The unit itself is fine. Great view, decent patio area, and is located near many things to do and see. The building itself and outside areas are tired at best. Huge ashtrays at the elevators in 2023? Within a few hours of our arrival having taken our shoes off at the door proved interesting. Those of us in bare feet and light socks saw black/dirty bottoms. The floors were filthy. In order to reach the Gulf facing patio one must manage to open and close a very large sliding glass door which is well past its expiration date. It is tough to open and impossible to close from the outside. The rollers are dead, need lubrication etc. and it makes a tremendous amount of noise, but so do the similar doors in proximity to our condo 406. Irritating at best. The kitchen is not what we as cooks would consider well or even properly stocked. Invest $100 in utensils not from the 1950's or garage sales. The elevator went out one day. The toilets randomly "burp" and need care to flush. Invest in new ceiling fans (old, tired), soft close toilet seats rather than the current thin plastic slammers. Very affordable ante's for renting. While the 4 of us enjoyed out time in Mad Beach area I would not choose to stay at this property again. Some may find my thoughts picky, but it is nowhere near a 4+ star property.

We had a great time

We were a group of 6 women in our 60's spending a week on the beach. The condo accommodated us well. The beach was fabulous and the view from our balcony was spectacular. In the mornings we saw dolphins swimming by close to the shore. In the evenings the sunsets were stunning. There was shopping and restaurants close and we had a great time on a dolphin cruise. The condo was nice and the beach towels and toys that were available was a great perk. It was very nice to have the washer & dryer in the unit, we used them everyday. The reason for the 4 stars is there were a couple of maintenance issues that came up. On the 2nd morning we were there, we turned the oven on to reheat the leftover breakfast casserole we had cooked in the crockpot for the morning before. As the casserole was baking we noticed a bad smell coming from the oven. When we opened it toxic fumes came out and we were all coughing and coking. We had to open the front door and patio doors to flush the smell out. Someone had sprayed oven cleaner in the oven and didn't wash it out. It ruined our casserole. There was foil in the bottom of the oven that covered majority of the oven cleaner. We noticed later there was a note on the oven to not put foil in the bottom of the oven. The foil that was there must have been left by the cleaning crew. I called the maintenance number and we are not sure if anyone came because we were gone all day on our dolphin cruise. When we returned it looked like someone might have tried to clean some of the oven cleaner off of sides of the oven, but the foil was still there and the oven cleaner still under it. We just didn't use the oven again. There was also a piece of wood trim, with nails sticking up stuck to the floor under the eating bar, near the end by the wall. We tried to pick it up but it was stuck there. So we just avoided that area. Part of our rental for the week was a $130 cleaning fee, but I think that was a bit much considering the limitations we had due to these issues. With all of that said, it was a nice condo and we enjoyed ourselves. Maderia Beach is a beautiful area!!

Madeira Beach Trip

Can’t beat the location of this condo - literally right on the beach, amazing views and steps to the ocean. This unit is large with 3 bedrooms which is great for kids. it does need a deep clean but overall no issues. Kitchen is fully stocked for use which is nice. We had a great time despite it being a little chilly!
