Everything about this property was great. Location, access, surrounding shops and restaurants. Unit was clean, spacious, newly updated. Offered everything a renter would need. Great communication, easy access to unit. VALUE!!!!

An absolutely perfect place! We visit Madeira Beach often and this was our favorite stay yet. The master bedroom was beautiful! We had 5 adults and 3 children - and there was lots of space for us all. The pool was clean and lots of chairs. Jeff, the property manager was at the pool each morning and was so pleasant! We loved eating at the Reef and Dockside Dave’s. We are hoping to go back next spring.

If you are looking for a clean, well maintained beach front property with an amazing view this is definitely the place. You will never want to leave the balcony. This condo has everything you will need. Well equipped kitchen and lots of beach chairs and towels.

Ideal vacation home!

As a native Floridian it’s hard to impress me with a beach condo, but this place did! It’s spacious, updated and clean. The location was close to everything a beach town has to offer with a short drive to Johns Pass and Clearwater Beach. The view was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful staycation

This place was incredible! Stop scrolling now and book this place. You will not be disappointed. We have never enjoyed a vacation home as much as this one! Our family of 6 had plenty of space and it felt like home immediately. The balcony view is breathtaking and you can hear the waves crashing the day and night. There is a trolley that can get you to anywhere up and down the coast. John's Pass Boardwalk is a 30 minute walk or for 2.25 you can ride the trolly less than five minutes. Great food and shopping options. Hot tub, heated pool, endless beach views, it was perfect! We had everything we needed and the only thing we didn't like about it is that we had to leave! Book it now!!

Great time to visit this area. Small crowd. Didn’t wait at any restaurant. Condo was well stocked and very clean. Lots of towels, dishes and space. Pool area is very clean and plenty chairs and umbrellas. Spa was broken all but one day of our stay. That was our biggest disappointment. But we would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Beautiful property and the cleanest and best stocked unit we have ever rented! Only thing was a hiccup with the entry code not working that was sent by VRBO. We were able to reach the mgr within 15 minutes to resolve and get in.

Great view! Everything we needed!

The view is AMAZING! The condo was Very clean! We didn’t go many places because everything is right there. Beach, pool, grocery stores & restaurants within walking distance! We loved Cabby’s bar & restaurant just down the beach! Excellent food & drinks!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. I agree, you can easily get by without a vehicle if you want to. Everything is so close and the local grocery stores have delivery options if you need more than you can carry while walking. We look forward to having you back soon. Great family gathering spot

My family of 5 along with our in-laws really enjoyed our stay. Additional family members rented the unit above, both were lovely! The location is perfect with the heated pool, hot tub and several restaurants within a short walk. The unit itself was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We are already talking about returning next year with the same set up.

Nice view, and beach!

We liked the ability to use trolleys. Weren’t impressed with local restaurants and shopping but the Winn Dixie was nearby!!

Madeira Beach

We have stayed at different condos within this building. The property manager and house cleaner were very attentive. Just enough kitchen utensils and beach toys to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and easy place to vacation in.
