You're in for a treat. At Cuckoo's Nest Lodge, you will enjoy the ultimate Sundance experience. You will walk into a spectacular 3-level mountain villa situated at the base of 12,000 ft. Mount Timpanogos towering above the Sundance Resort. With sleeping accommodations for 14 guests, this mountain home is the perfect size for multiple families, couples retreat, or corporate groups.
The property consists of 3 separate units - The main house offers 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite full baths, 1 half bath off the kitchen, a majestic living room with double stone fireplace, impressive decks with fabulous views of the ski runs and mountains. The master suite on the upper level has its own stone fireplace, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub.
The adjoining guest cottage, or 'tree house', features 2 bedrooms, each with private ensuite bath and balcony.
Lastly, there is a guest suite over the detached garage complete with a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a queen bed. Great views from the bedroom and a little more privacy if anyone is looking to be somewhat detached from the rest of the group.
And when you're not out enjoying the great cuisine at the Sundance Resort, you can prepare a delicious meal with friends and family from the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary modern appliances and kitchen amenities.
