This executive townhouse has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, over-sized fully equipped kitchen, dining area, inside washer and dryer, large living floor with 12' ceilings furnished with unique furniture pieces, west coast art, gas fireplace, electronic leather massage chair, 2 washrooms, 3 private patios including a rooftop patio and private street entrance.

Free underground parking, high speed wireless internet, cable TV at no additional cost. The building offers a swimming pool and hot tub, sauna, exercise room, squash courts and sauna.

Linens and towels for 6 are provided as is coffees/teas, spices, soaps, lotions and amenities, hair dryer, iron and board and some snacks upon arrival. Secure credit card owner, Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted.

Steps out the front door you will find English Bay sunsets and beaches, foot ferry to Granville Island, and access to Vancouver's seawall. Located on the quite side of downtown across from Granville Island in the upscale Beach Avenue and Hornby Street district. It has 4 unique levels, 1800 square foot of living space, a 450' roof-top deck, courtyard patio off kitchen and a street picnic area.

Out the street-side private entrance is a tree'd city park, the kitchen walks out to a sitting area and courtyard and a private roof-top deck is furnished with patio table, sun bed and swing bench. An off-leash waterfront dog park is 5 minutes away.

Trendy executive living with Vancouver's best restaurants and bars close by (1/2 block), Granville Island Market (ferry/bridge), Yaletown (10min), Vancouver Entertainment district (8min), Davie Street (trendy cafes 8min) and Vancouver's best restaurants and patios (5min walk). The neighbourhood is upscale and quite for being downtown with a city block park across from the house. The sunsets over English Bay and the waters between the bridges rival any I've seen. Loving the outdoors this location gives you the best walks, hikes and bikes as all the best of what the city has to offer.

What makes this townhome unique

The patios are great in the summer months. Roof top dining and lounging, the amenities from squash courts to fitness room and the easy access walks to the waterfront and downtown core. Shopping can be found within moments from the garden shop next door to downtown's upscale shopping a short walk away.

Spacious townhouse in a great location, with everything you might need.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Scotty's townhouse! It is conveniently located near all main attractions in Vancouver (within walking distance): Stanley park, Granville island, downtown, Canada place, etc. The house had everything we needed: fully loaded kitchen (with nice pans), washer/dryer, comfy beds.

The only complaints we had were:

- it is impossible to open patio door in the bedroom on the ground floor, so the air is a bit stale there;

- to go to the pool, parking - or anywhere in the complex - you need to carry a massive keychain with a lot of keys.

It's OK

#1) GOOD - The location of the property is incredible. #2) SAD - only 1 shower for 3 bedrooms. #3) SAD - entertainment system was very difficult to use (upstairs system didn't work at all) #4) SAD - The town home is very cluttered #5) SAD - patio on roof was uninviting & needs allot of TLC.

Owner's Response: Hello Kathy, I am glad to hear that you all loved the area and a bit taken back didn't like the west coast decor of the townhouse with native art and original pieces. There is two washrooms and two more showers in the sauna, hot tub, squash and pool areas in the building also. Stereo systems and TVs all are working but requires to be turned on 3 units.

Ideal for a City break to Vancouver

We loved this townhouse. Not only did it have unique decor with ample space, both indoor and outdoor on the various patios and roof-deck for our family of 5, it was ideally located! A moment's stroll to 2 excellent cafes, a few more strides to the AquaBus and thence to Granville Island. The eponymous park of the Long Table distillery was just across the small street and actual gin distillery was right next door. {Open for tastings a few evenings and a handy food truck parks outside making for an instantly relaxing dine-out/dine-in opportunity.} We walked the shore, collected shells, rented bikes for Stanley Park, used the ferries, walked and taxied to Gastown and the North side all for little cost and effort. The house was a comfortable retreat and it was easy to communicate with the owner/manager. The pool was fun and warm but we didn't need the gym this time.

Beware the cyclists on the street: it is one-way, and has a designated 2-way bike-lane but cyclists treat those rules with disdain in Vancouver...keep looking both ways ;)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this funky townhouse. Very comfortable beds, clean and everything you need was provided. Location was perfect, walking distance to so many awesome Vancouver neighborhoods and the sea wall. Scott was great to deal with and the place had all the amenities you require, great location and just good overall vibe. We look forward to coming back!
