Quiet private sanctuary
Property Description
Best part of the home is privacy and yet secure as there are two homes here. Its a private area off state 35 close to where St Croix River and Mississippi join. The building was originally an art studio where the original owner did her art . Its bright natural light with floor yo ceiling windows facing a wooded area and a large patio. The style is French Country. And this studio renovated in 2020 is cottage like with blue gray stucco and two small leaded glass windows added for charm. Sumac grows in abundance as do some fruit trees and maples and evergreens. Down the road is a vineyard and a honey farm and maple syrup harvesting.
