Lodge Room 203 (2ND FLOOR - NO PETS ALLOWED) "Music of the Mountains" features a Queen size bed with a full tub shower bathroom and a private balcony. Equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and a single cup coffee maker.  Enjoy the Over-the-Mountain Sunrise Views from the Balcony!  Cozy up by the wood burning fireplace in the beautiful Mezzanine and get some much needed relaxation or meander down to Bearrr Appetit Restaurant in the lower level of Lydia Mountain Lodge for farm-to-table dining with spectacular mountain views!

The Mountains have Music for those who will listen with their heart! You won't want to miss this Melodic Mountain Getaway in "Music of the Mountains" at Lydia Mountain Lodge!

Beautiful lodge. Every interesting room. The mattress is horrible. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping on it and woke up numerous times. The bathroom overhead light does need to be cleaned, lots of bugs. We enjoyed the beautiful lodge and the gorgeous setting. Thank you.

Great Stay with Great Decor!

We loved the decor in the Music of the Mountains room! Also, the bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. The resort had friendly staff, a great restaurant, fantastic views, and several outdoor cats (and a dog!) that were friendly as well.

Very nice room

This is my second time staying up on Lydia Mountain. The first time was in a cabin Mystic Mist with friends. My husband and I needed a little getaway, so we booked a room at the lodge for Thanksgiving. The room was so very clean and nice and loved the elec fireplace. The Thanksgiving buffet was absolutely incredible. I had never eaten such good turkey in my life. Melt in your mouth all the way. The staff is always so nice and accommodating! They even let us take some food back to our room for later. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!

This was our first time at Lydia Mountain and we enjoyed it tremendously! The room was clean and the decorations were very well thought out and quite interesting. We took our time enjoying every single instrument, framed art, and records. The Music of the Mountains theme really came to life. The view from the balcony was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. There was also lots of storage space in the closet. The restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was simple but tasty...country-style! We will definitely stay again and recommend Lydia Mountain to others!

Amazing room and Josh was amazing too.

The room was absolutely lovely and I can't wait to come and stay again. However Josh was the most surprising and enjoyable part of the trip. Not only did he design some of the rooms and they look amazing he gave us a quick tour of some of the best rooms. He really made the visit something special.

The drive up to the lodge was beautiful. We passed the chickens and goats on the way. The grounds are vast, creating a quiet, enchanting atmosphere. We were reserved for a 2nd floor room but requested a change to 1st floor after we arrived. The office was closed but there was an after hours number we could call. They switched our room without any problem and the staff (Tina, I think?) was so pleasant and accommodating. Our room was SPOTLESS and so well decorated, we felt like we hit the jackpot. Check in and check out was electronic, so very easy, not time consuming at all. We loved our stay so much, we're worried no other place on our trip will quite measure up. We started with the best!!
