This one bed / one bath great value self catering apartment, suitable for 2 guests, forms part of the newly constructed South Sea House. It is located in a quiet cul de sac road in the upscale area of South Hills, Cap Estate.

The apartment enjoys seclusion with a private balcony w/ plunge pool and private parking. The balcony enjoys cooling breezes with beautiful views across to the ocean and golf course. The property is very secure with an automatic gated entry and is fully fenced.
The apartment boasts a light, bright open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen complete with granite worktops, stove, fridge, blender, dining table, washing machine, TV (32' ), cable TV (50 channels +) and free wireless internet.
The air conditioned bedroom with Queen sized bed has an ensuite bathroom.
In addition to the private plunge pool on the balcony, there is a beautiful infinity edge pool located on the property.
Pigeon Island beach is 1 mile away and Cas En Bas beach (Cotton Bay beach) is less than a mile. This vast, unspoilt stretch of sandy beach is popular with wind and kite surfers. The Cap Estate Golf and Country Club with its 18 hole championship golf course is only 5 mins drive away.
All the best restaurants, bars and nightlife in Rodney Bay are 5-10 mins drive away as are other beautiful beaches - Pigeon Island, Smugglers Cove and Reduit beach. The newly renovated Rodney Bay Marina, with its restaurants, shops, boat hire and coastal tours is only 5 mins drive away.

We chose this plot to build on as it is located in Cap Estate, an upscale and popular area for vacation rentals. We love the beautiful sweeping views over the golf course and Atlantic Ocean and the wonderful quiet location with its' cooling breezes! It has been so exciting to see the plans and architect's impressions come to life in this beautiful home.
What makes this Apartment unique
It is so convenient for all the amenities (beaches, shops, restaurants, bars etc) of Rodney Bay and the marina, but benefits from being located in a quiet area. Pigeon Island is also only a 5 minute drive away, as is the St. Lucia Golf and Country Club.

We have stayed Karen and Jerome several times. The apartment is beautiful with a great view of the golf course and the sea. The apartment comes complete with anything you should need. If you need anything Karen and Jerome are there to help. The apartment also has a cell phone, washing machine and the use of the pool.
The apartment is close to many beaches and restaurants. There is always taxi service but having a car for your convenience is a plus.
Best Value in St Lucia
My wife and I highly recommend the South Sea House. It can be a little difficult finding the place but once you get your bearings, its perfectly located almost everything you need in St Lucia. We hopped in the rental car and saw a new part of the island everyday. Its also close to a lot fine and casual dinning options as well.
Jerome and Karen are great hosts and the apartment is perfect for 2 people looking to get away from it all. Very relaxing and a great breeze constant throughout the morning and evening. We went grocery shopping and made breakfast every morning and sat out on the balcony and took in the wonders that is St Lucia. We also had a handful of adult beverages on that same balcony at night.
The apartment had everything we needed as well. Wifi was decent and cable tv was on in the background. It also had everything we needed to cook if need be. The bed was a little firm, shower took a couple minutes to warm up but how picky can you be.
Jerome and his co-captain Glen also took us out for a day on his boat for a private tour while there for a small fee.
It was definitely the most bang for the buck and we encourage both long and short term renters to consider the South Sea House.

As you mention we are very well located for exploring the island, with several beaches and good restaurants close by. We pride ourselves on providing good quality accommodation at a reasonable price. Regarding the shower, our hot water is heated by solar power with the water tank located on the roof. It can therefore take a couple of minutes to run down. We also have an electrical back up heater, on the rare occasions when we have no sun for a couple of days! We hope you will choose to visit again!

We stayed in the 1-bedroom which was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The owners were attentive and responded quickly when we had an issue with the shower. They corrected the problem right away. Would definitely recommend this home / location / owner.

Beautiful and a place to enjoy the St Lucian life without any fuss...just perfect!
The apartment that we stayed in was presented to a high standard with attention to the smallest detail. Everything that you needed was provided and it felt like home to home. Jerome (the host) was a star and made us feel so welcome and was always on hand if we needed him. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay...thank you for making our holiday a dream!

The dwelling is away from all the hustle and bustle, but it is still within 5 minutes drive of most of the nice areas and spots. The apartment is beautiful and the owner was super cool! I would definitely recommend!

The property is located within walking distance of the Cas en Bas beach, popular with wind surfers and kite surfers due to its' cooling breezes. Away from the main tourist center, this beach provides quiet and relaxing surroundings. All the tourist amenities of Rodney Bay (marina, shops, restaurants, bars, and more beaches) are located less than 10 minutes drive away.
The Championship golf course that the property overlooks is less than 5 minutes drive away.
