The living room features a beautiful large sectional sofa with plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV plus a Soundbar with Bluetooth capability. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs, including an air fryer and blender. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a Full-size bed. The home has just been updated with fresh paint and new finishes. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. There are board games for time together inside.
Free WIFI is available and there's a smart TV in the living room so you can conveniently log into your own streaming accounts like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Sling, HBO, and more.

There is a large backyard for you to enjoy that includes a jacuzzi and gas grill. Hang out in the evening and grill up a meal and eat at the outdoor table under the umbrella. Have a soak in the jacuzzi and relax after a long day.

This house is in the perfect spot to enjoy everything the island has to offer. You are only 1 mile from Moody Gardens! You are 4 miles from Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier. You are 5.5 miles from Strand Historic District and all the shopping that it has to offer. You are within a couple of miles of a lot of Galveston's great restaurants. You are so close to all of the action!

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
