Designed with an open living and dining area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. Through the bedroom, you will find access to the outdoor balcony, the perfect place to enjoy the stunning Dubai views!

The bedroom contains a King bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

Harbour Views in Dubai Creek Harbour. Soaring high above the waterfront, Harbour Views is located in the verdant parkland area of Creek Island. Fed by the circular boulevard, it is within walking distance of Creek Marina — a one-of-a-kind waterfront destination brimming with shops and restaurants — and only a 15-minute drive from Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport.

Residents of the Harbour Views have the best easy access to an abundance of gourmet restaurants, vibrant cafés, and other world-class entertainment venues that are dotted across the harbor.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.

DXB airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
