Superbe appartement typiquement bordelais, avec une charmante terrasse aménagée, des grandes fenêtres. Situé au premier étage d'un inmeuble 18éme. Appartement et localization excepcionalnels en plein choeur du quartier historique de Bordeaux.
L'appartement vient d'être rénové en conservant son caractère unique et en lui ajoutant une touche 'déco' contemporaine. L'appartement est vraiment beau et 'cosy'. Sa terrasse très joliment aménagée, ou court une végétation, permet de faire des pauses très appréciées. Le salon / salle à manger ofre canapé, fauteuils et une grande table pour les repas. Ses 2 chambres situées à l'arrière de la rue sont extrêmement calmes. Chacune d'elles dispose d'une salle d'eau avec lavabo et douche. Couchage supplémentaire pour 2 personnes dans canapé convertible (matelas en 120 cms de large).
Les toilettes son independientes y disponen de WC y lavabo.

30th anniversary getaway in Saint Emilion

This cottage was perfect for two couples. Quiet at night, easy walking distance to wineries. Two showers and two toilets was nice.

A great place to stay in Bordeaux

It is nice. The beds are comfortable and hot water pressure for shower is great. It is close to the river front, the train stop, restaurants and shops. We just walked going around the city. Commendable place to stay in Bordeaux ❤️

Don’t hesitate, book it!

This lovely home looked amazing online and exceeded those expectations in person. Location was beyond fantastic, the apartment was immaculate and had incredible character, and the host was gracious and made the process very smooth. We will be staying there again.

Charming apartment in a wonderful setting

Thoroughly enjoyed this property and very likely to book again. Located in a very walkable, historic neighborhood with many restaurants and shops nearby, this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was perfect for four adults. The kitchen was well fitted, beds comfortable and showers with good heat and water pressure. Our host was very responsive both before and during the rental.

Elegant and comfortable in the heart of old - and 'happening' Bordeaux

This is such a lovely apartment and owner Ariele is so gracious and welcoming. Bordeaux is a fantastic, lively town and though the flat is right in the heart of a cool and beautiful area, despite that it was quiet -- and marvelous.

Great location

Ariele/ property manager, she was very nice. Location of the property is close to everything. It was clean too. The only thing I didn’t fully check is that there is 2 shower but there was only 1 toilet and there is no elevator in this property. Area is safe. I still recommend this place. Thank you!

Perfect location for access to historic Bordeaux

The apartment had a beautiful, historic feel--I enjoyed the decor, hard wood floors, and original architecture, up a long set of stairs. Access to historic sights, restaurants and foods was amazing, as they were all around us. The kitchen had everything we needed; and we appreciated the bottle of wine! I would recommend not having a car, or parking near an accessible street, as navigating the correct streets was challenging for us and our cell phone maps were not correct. Overall wonderful experience.

Four days in Bourdeaux

Wonderful location. Apartment was clean. Kitchen very nice and well appointed. New washer/dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Parking is difficult due traffic and city road complexity. It was listed as two bath shower only. It meant no toilet in bedroom bathrooms. Thought that meant no bathtub. Showers were very nice. Good water pressure. Only one toilet in unit by front door. That was inconvenient for us. The furniture in the living is in bad shape. Really should be replaced. Only shams on the beds, no pillows. No air conditioning so had windows open which allowed in some bugs.

Cher Craig Merci pour votre commentaire détaillé. Effectivement comme précisé sur l'annonce, il n'y a pas de climatisation dans l'appartement qui est situé en plein centre historique de Bordeaux. Et toujours conformément à l'annonce il y a un toilette séparé et deux salles de bains, une dans chaque chambre avec douches et lavabo. Je suis surprise de votre remarque concernant les lits puisque chaque lit dispose bien de 2 oreillers et de 2 coussins. Mais je vais vérifier. Je prends note aussi de votre commentaire sur le mobilier du salon, j'ai des centaines de commentaires et aucun n'a mentionné la vétuste . J'espère quand même que vous garderez un bon séjour de votre séjour à Bordeaux !

Schöne, saubere und schicke Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Absolut ruhig und fast kein Verkehr auf der Straße. Die Wohnung war perfekt für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Kommunikation absolut problemlos, der Check-in Vorgang war auch total unkompliziert. Wir waren eine Woche zu viert (erwachsene) und können diese tolle Unterkunft ohne bedenken empfehlen. Merci Ariéle

Perfect Bordeaux location - beautiful luxurious apartment!

This is a very beautiful apartment and Ariel is an attentive host that has covered off everything you could possibly need - and even surprised us with an arrival gift (bottle of fine Bordeaux wine). Entry to the apartment was both independent and easy - instructions for the apartment, local transit, groceries, restaurants etc. were informative. Ariel remained in touch throughout our stay. The location is perfect - decent neighbourhood within walking distance of many key sights (and simple tram system for travelling beyond).

Charming apartment in great location

The apartment is situated in a great location, within walking distance of many of the city’s attractions. It is also very close to a tram station. The apartment itself is well equipped and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The two bedrooms were both very quiet. We have stayed at several properties in Bordeaux and this one is our favourite and one we hope to return to one day.

A beautiful place

Excellent location near the heart of Bordeaux, but having the bedrooms in the back made them very quiet. It was very hot but the apartment stayed relatively cool.

Charming apartment in the perfect location.

We walked everywhere in the city. Guides met us at the apartment for strolls across the city. Evening meals were spent on the square just a block from our door. So fun!

This is a very nice comfortable convenient two bedroom apartment in the old city with a good fully equipped kitchen. Nice bright big windows. Very agreeable owner who was helpful and easy to communicate with. It’s within easy walking distance to the golden triangle area. The tram stop is 5 mins walk away and perfect to get to the apartment from the station and back. No need for taxis. The street can be a bit noisy at night but It didn’t really bother us. There are lots of restaurants, a big Carrefour grocery store, a Boulangerie and a wine shop all close by. If you want to stay in but don’t want to cook, get some delicious empanadas from the Argentinian shop next door or equally delicious Turkish pizza from the corner. I highly recommend ‘Echo’ and ‘Le Chien Pavlov’ restaurants. Both are relaxed with excellent innovative food. We were there for nine nights and it was all good.

Elegant Apartment In Great Location

Out of 2 weeks traveling through France, this apartment in Bordeaux was the highlight of our trip. It is positively elegant. One block to the left begins series of piazzas, cafes and the convenient car park. Every road you walk down i to explore is filled with delight. It is close to the water and many sites of interest. Arielle is the perfect hostess. She checked in with us occasionally to make sure we were happy, but was not invasive at all. I’m fact, I forgot some very important medications there and she had no problem mailing them to the US. It was a perfect stay.

L'appartement est situé dans l'un de mes quartiers préférés à Bordeaux. Restaurants, terrasses, cinéma, tout est à deux pas! Et l'appartement est typiquement bordelais !

Le salon salle à manger est superbe avec ses grandes fenêtre,son plancher ses moulures et 'last but not least' charmante la terrasse où j'aime faire une pause entre deux excursions !
