Welcome to our family-friendly countryside retreat, where adventure and relaxation await. Our spacious Vrbo is the perfect getaway for traveling families seeking a memorable escape from the everyday hustle and bustle.

The exterior boasts a huge wrap around porch where you can unwind with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a magnificent west Texas sunset.

The fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove invites you to channel your inner chef.

We look forward to hosting you.

The space
This 6 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2 half bath retreat has 10 beds to be able to sleep multiple families and friends. With 2 full vanities to get ready for any occasion and multiple areas to lounge in, each guest will have the space they need to get away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Turn down the beds used, no need to take covers off we wash by rooms due to so many beds. Trash to be placed in large trash cans in garage or dumpster in front of entrance.
Doors can be left unlocked the home is on private property and fenced in. Please pick up any trash left on the grounds. And poop if you have a pet. used towels place utility floor by the washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was clean and very accommodating, from having everything in the kitchen we needed to nice bedrooms, everything was well thought out and we had a wonderful experience. The owner was kind and cheerful. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place in Lubbock

We were down in Lubbock for our son’s graduation from Tech so we had a lot of family with us. This place was a great location and perfect for our needs. Owners were so helpful with anything we asked for. Would stay here again if f ever back in Lubbock. We had 10 adults and two babies.

Peaceful & Relaxing

Property was amazing and clean! Check-in was weird but believe it to have been a VRBO issue, not a host issue. Came to the area for a funeral, was able to accommodate a large gathering. Everyone was comfortable and no one was climbing over on another due to the incredible amount of space. Will definitely try and stay again in the future.

The property filled our needs well. There seemed to have been a breakdown in communication between the leasing agent and the owner as the owner did NOT have our time blocked and was in the middle of replacing a leaking hot water heater when we arrived. He got it done quickly because he used to be a plumbing contractor; however, he was somewhat put out with the leasing agency/agent for not letting him know that there were guests arriving. All in all, we had a good time and would certainly rent the same place again.

The perfect place!

I could not say enough great things about this place!! The owner definitely puts a lot of time and love into this place. Us and our extended family stayed here for my son's TTU graduation. We had 12 people and this place was the perfect size. The teenagers loved the basement w/ pool and foozeball! Such a great place for them to have "their own space." Everything was clean and comfortable. Easy check in / out. Owner was easy to get in touch with. They were so nice to have the kitchen area decorated for us to have a TTU celebration! He loves this place so much and does an impeccable job with every detail. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of linens for everyone. The completely fenced in HUGE back yard was great for the dog to run around without fear of running off. If you need a place to stay in this area - THIS IS IT!!! We are so thankful that they share this place with others... such a beautiful place.
