Romantic Suite Private Hot Tub

I am not sure what you expected but it clearly states on my listing the sq footage of my guest suite. When I showed you the suite I told you if it wasn’t what you were looking for I would refund you no hard feelings. You chose to stay. I have many many couples who love my guest suite and come back multiple times. You had mentioned to me that are used to penthouses, so I’m not really sure why you would choose my particular listing. You are rude and arrogant, and you left my place in absolute disaster after only being there one night. I have PSTD from cleaning the bathroom.

I’m sorry you didn’t have a good stay with us and I would like to address the following: 1. When we looked at your form that we ask you to fill out before you check in nothing was filled out for the food or beverage so we didn’t leave you anything so I’m sorry. It is something I’m going to be discontinuing doing any anyway because most people don’t consume or even take with them what I leave even though they requested it on my form and it takes a lot of my time and expense to provide nice things for people who never even acknowledge it or appreciate it. 2. I do not have mice to my knowledge so I’m not sure what you’re talking about. I have guests that are booked at my place almost every single night and no one‘s ever said anything. I do know that I had a squirrel in my garage so that’s what I was assuming that you were talking about that but my partner got him out before you checked in. You never saw anything so for you to say it was a mouse was very presumptive and didn’t need to be left in a review. I was just kind of a nasty thing to do 4. It clearly states on the listing that this is a guest suite attached to a main house so it’s like renting an apartment and when you live in an apartment you hear your neighbors on occasion - that’s just the way it is unless you’re in a stand alone house. I was out of town all week and my partner was not there Friday or Saturday until later in the evening. Apologies about my pets, I wasn’t there to keep them quiet which I usually am or they are traveling with me. I have 4 other properties so I am busy and never home but I should have taken them with me because my partner was working all weekend and wasn’t gonna be there. I made a mistake. This is how I make my living and you leaving this terrible review is very detrimental to my business and it just wasn’t necessary. I get people who return to my guest suite continuously because they love it so much, especially for the price. I think your best bet is to stay in hotels from now on or rent a place that is an entire house.

It is very clear in my listing that this is a GUEST SUITE with a separate entrance and private deck. I have a photo of the front of the house on the listing. Did you think you were renting the whole house? Is that why you came to the front door? The listing shows that the entrance is through the fence. You are the only guest that has done that. None of my guests have ever been confused by that. Think of this like an apartment and with that you hear your neighbor at times. I am very busy and I am rarely home and guests have no interaction with me. I have Absolutely NOT had a problem with noise from any of my 60 guests that have stayed. My guests have been very respectful and abide by the quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. You can talk and watch TV after 10 pm but not at high volumes like you did. You can make all the noise you want during the day. You were a bit off and unstable from the moment you checked in. You were demanding and constantly texting me about nothing. You were up ALL night long slamming the door, in and out of the guest suite. I don't know if you had the TV on or what but we heard very loud voices ALL night. You told me you were on a conference call in the middle of the night. All I asked you was to abide by my quiet hours. You became irate and said you should be able to make all the noise you want. Even though you requested to stay another night, we agreed that it was best that you leave the next morning. I told you to leave by my check out and you did not. I had to keep texting you to leave my property and you wouldn’t leave. I almost had to call the police to have you removed. I have rave reviews from everyone! NOT one person has complained about anything. I have repeat couples that come back all the time You even raved about it when you checked in! I would not rent any of my 5 properties to you ever again and I don’t recommend that any other host allow her to stay at there place either. The way you responded to me asking to just lower your voice at night was scary and when you wouldn’t leave my property it was even scarier.
