Villa Alheli (801) Sayulitalla on etuoikeutetussa asemassa tunnustetussa osakehuoneistossa Pajaro de Fuegossa. Täältä voit nauttia täydellisestä näkymästä äärettömään valtamereen, kun olet suorassa yhteydessä viidakon kanssa.
Aaltojen ääni, linnunlaulu ja sikaatit vievät sinut täydellisen rentoutumisen tilaan.
Villa Alhelín iso terassi vieressä on kattopuutarha, josta on suurin ja upeimmista näkymistä Sayulita. Muutaman askeleen päässä näet ehdottomasti kaiken, mikä tekee tästä paikasta paratiisin. Tähdet yöllä ovat vertaansa vailla. Tällä terassilla ja uima-altaan vieressä on yksityinen lämmitetty uima-allas ja uimauihku niille, jotka haluavat hyvästä liikunnasta / uinnista. Italialaisessa keittiössä on modernit kodinkoneet ja se on täysin varustettu valmistamaan mitä tahansa yksinkertaisesta voileivasta monimutkaiseen loma-illalliseen.
Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, AC ja korkea tehoalue. Tilavassa kylpyhuoneessa, jossa on vaatekaappi ja tupla-altaat, on poreallas. Mukana on myös hiustenkuivaaja, silityslauta ja tallelokero.
Vierashuone on erittäin suuri, siinä on kaksi parisänkyä, oma kylpyhuone, korkeajännitealueella varustettu AC
Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on parveke, joka istuu puiden latvoissa ja josta on näkymät merelle. Täältä voit nähdä eksoottisia lintuja, joissa on värikkäitä suksuja vierailulla talvella tai nauttia Tabachínin oranssista kukasta kesällä.
Keittiön vieressä on pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Tarjoamme pyykinpesuainetta ja astianpesukoneelle pesuainetta.
Käytävä johtaa opiskeluun, jossa voit työskennellä, levätä tai jopa nukkua, koska tuoli on mukava queen-size-futon, joka toimii kolmantena makuuhuoneena ja yhdistää myös isäntäkylpyyn. Siinä on AC.

Great stay with amazing views!

The property has amazing views and is in a great location. Easy access to the beach. The host, Efrén, was extremely helpful and available. The private pool with a great view was a definite bonus. The house could use a bit of maintenance, but was very comfortable.

The view!

The unit is spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed the large patio and private pool. Thankful we read the reviews about recommendating a golf cart rental. The hill getting to the unit is so steep and long there would have no way we could have walked it. Efren the manager was so helpful. He arranged our airport transportation and the golf cart rental. We were sad to leave and hope to return again.

Beautiful location lovely property

The property and house were perfect! Lovely views and the house manager Efrén was very attentive. Initially the pool was cold and after a couple of days Efrén was able to turn the temperature higher. Slight warning that the beautiful view comes at a small cost of many steps to get up to the condo level. There are elevators but I had a heavy suitcase and groceries to contend with. It was just a surprise I would have liked to have been prepared for. Maybe would not have purchased groceries on way from airport. The owner was very gracious and accommodating. Kitchen fairly well equipped too!

Christmas break

Our first time to this part of Mexico- the place is perfectly located and easy walk to the beach. Communication with Efren was seamless.It was clean but not overly clean. The bathroom still had hair in the drain. We did check in early so maybe it was rushed.

Excellent Holiday week!

Our family has been to Sayulita over 15 times in the past years...and this place was one of the top 2 places we have stayed! Efren the property manager took care of us very quickly and efficiently whenever we need something. We look forward to staying there again in the future! The views were amazing and the property was marvelous!

Great location!

Beautiful property with the best views! It was great to have a private pool for the kids. Would recommend a golf cart in this location although it is totally walkable, just steep roads. Very spacious and clean!

We came to Sayulita for my son's spring break—he’s 15—and had such a great stay. Efren was incredibly helpful, arranging transportation from the airport and personally greeting us when we arrived. He even met us again on our departure day to help carry our bags, which was such a thoughtful touch.The condo was stunning. We loved the private pool and the spacious patio with breathtaking ocean views—perfect for watching the sunset every evening. While we didn’t use the kitchen, it was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you’d need.This particular unit is located in Tower 5. If you park your golf cart near the front entrance, be prepared for quite a few stairs to reach the condo—but we didn’t mind at all; it was good exercise! They also have some parking available at the top, which minimizes the stairs if needed.We had a wonderful experience overall and would absolutely love to return and rent the same unit again. The only minor issues were that the jets in the pool weren’t working, and the tub in the master bath appeared dirty (though it seemed to just be stained).Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Sayulita!

Clean, Spacious Condo With Amazing Views!

We are so happy we found this place! The host and condo staff were amazingly helpful and responsive. The condo itself is an oasis on top of a hill with amazing views and your own private pool. Downtown Sayulita is a reasonable walk or very quick golf cart ride away. We had an amazing five days here and would happily book this again.

Beautiful views!

The condo was very clean and comfortable with lovely outdoor space. We didn’t rent a golf cart and walked into town every day and found the walk up to the condo challenging but that was a good thing as we felt like we were getting some exercise.

Enjoyed our stay!

This property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy Sayulita. The property managers were very professional and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the beautiful view. I would caution the amount of steps to get to the property. It was not an issue for us but it may be difficult for some.

Spacious with a Wonderful View

We have been coming to Sayuluta for 6 years now and this is the first time we have stayed here. The view from atop the hill was amazing. The property manager was very responsive when we needed the pool temperature turned up a bit. There are a lot of stairs in the complex, but not am issue for is as we always rent a golf car when in town. If you are staying in this upper unit, I recommend renting a cart and utilizing the upper parking lot if you want to avoid the stairs. Thank you Mary and Chelsea!

Great spot!

We chose this place bc we were looking for excellent outdoor space and close to beach. It didn’t disappoint! The complex is well cared for and felt safe (as did Sayulita as a whole). I loved this area bc it felt a bit quieter than downtown but walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, all we would need. We got a golf cart and loved seeing the square when we wanted. The primary and secondary bedrooms are awesome. As is the kitchen, living room and outside. Perfect for hanging out. The third bedroom is one that has a queen/full bed but it’s darker and smaller than the others.

Indiana Jones Meets Beach Paradise

Be warned that renting this unit you definitely do need the all-terrain golf cart rental! We are so glad we rented that because the views from this unit and the private pool were perfect. We swam every morning and every night. It was heated and just ultimately perfect for my girls weekend getaway. The place itself is huge, I unfortunately never made it to the pool but it looked beautiful. The host was easy to contact via Whatsapp and also helped us arrange taxi service when we left for the airport. We definitely had a good laugh every time we drove up the hill - we called it the Indiana Jones ride of Sayulita. So if you've been to Disneyland you'll know how bumpy of a ride/drive this hill will be!

This property is huge and spacious. It has everything. It’s own pool as well as the public pool. Hugs terrace with beautiful views. Everything you need is in the unit. Very clean. Very comfortable. There is a tv in the living room but not the bedrooms. The owner and staff are super responsive and helpful. It’s on the top of the mountain hill. You must like to walk. There are many steps. Rent a golf cart to get up to the property. It’s a very steep rugged road.

Beautiful property

Th property is so beautiful. We had a huge front patio and ocean view. The interior was spacious and modern. It would have been perfect if only our washing machine had worked and didn't smell. We thought we would be able to walk back from town at night but that wasn't the case. We rented a golf cart and that solved the problem. There were no instructions for the TV. We were hoping to watch a movie at night. Our private pool heater was broken so we could use it. No matter, we had a great time with only slight disappointments.

Good, quiet location

The place is as described in the listing with the exception that the small heated pool was not clean and the heat did not work when we were there. This was disappointing for us because it was the main reason we chose this place over others. The property management was slow to respond to basic questions. The property owner was however very responsive and helpful. The location is quieter than other areas of Sayulita that we’ve stayed in and that was very nice. Its is a lot of steps - definitely use the steps and not the windy street to get to town. We learned that the hard way. Our daughter loved the shared heated pool in the common area.

Awesome vacation!!

We spent some incredible days at Villa Alhelies . Area is huge with a spacious outside and decorated very nicely. It was very nice to find a place that had a heater in the pool because the weather was somewhat chilly and we wanted to enjoy the pool. We found everything we needed to feel just like home. The kitchen is fully equipped, excellent internet service, with a wide tv channel variety and chairs to take to the beach. The bedroom was one of the best parts of the stay. Bed was extremely comfy and the condo was nice and quiet. We could see the jungle from the deck and one day we even had a show from a group of birds that were migrating to the north, it was majestic!! We rented a golf cart so we didnt have any trouble going up and down the stairs. All the staff is always seeking for ways on how to help us . For example i needed to rent a cradle for my little niece and a high chair. Also Stacey and Vicky were so nice to us! We would definitely look forward to another visit at this Villas and we highly recommend it .

Just okay

Place was comfortable but could use some upgrading. Views where great but Location would be difficult for someone who can’t walk hills. Apartment itself was difficult to access with heavy luggage and required lots of stairs to get to it. The safe box did not work so didn’t feel comfortable utilizing housekeeping. One of the showers had a huge wall that one had to step over to get in so it was inconvenient if you are short or have an injury. The washer did not work so this was a huge inconvenience when we had a load of wet clothes in there soaked with water. Pool was small but cute but water was too cold to use.

Too Expensive for what you get

First off.....LOVE Sayulita!! We will return for sure! As for Villa Alheli, it was a fantastic location with a great community pool but, we felt as though we paid too much for what we got. There was obvious results of water damage, such as the crumbling walls, and the "third" bedroom, smelling of mould and being dark and dingy (our kids were scared to sleep in it.) The whole apartment actually had a smell to it. The bathroom sinks were literally falling off the wall and the bath towels that we received, most of them came with holes in them. The outdoor space was great and added a lot of extra space but the balcony, or lack there of for better terms was a little nerve racking with kids. Unfortunately we would not return to this specific apartment.... unless there are significant upgrades to service, presentation and safety. Or a huge change in price!

Mixed Experience

The unit itself is nice, spacious, great view and patio in the back, lots of windows. It could be awesome, with some updating and better maintenance. Unfortunately, it was not as advertised. The pool was not cleaned and the heating unit was not working, so it was not usable. The washing machine was broken, all four patio recliners were broken/not fully usable, the front door was very hard to lock/unlock, and the lock on the sliding door to the patio was essentially not functioning, and we had to rig up something to block the door from sliding when we were gone. From what we could gather, these were known problems, but had gone unaddressed and we were not notified in advance. The washer was finally fixed the day we left and for some reason the maintenance folks only repaired two of the recliners half way into our stay. Did this ruin our vacation? No. But it was definitely distracting, as we tried to chase these issues down and coordinate with the staff on site while we we should've be out having fun. I guess the advice I'd offer to others (aside from being prepared for MANY stairs) is maybe inquire in advance that everything is ok in the unit and working properly. In the end, the owner refunded one day's charge, which I'd say was the bare minimum appropriate for this situation.
