NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED.

Yes, you can have it all in this beautiful .50 of an acre open floor plan home. Enjoy the large relaxing backyard with gorgeous luscious landscaping & swimming pool. The home is a a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, with an office, game room, dining and nook area. Have access to a fully equipped gym & outdoor basketball court.

The House on Vida Santa is centrally located making it the ideal place for your families next getaway.
Other things to note
$500 dollar deposit will be held if the following rules are broken.

1.NO PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS
2.NO party rentals (inflatables, moon jumps, water slides, DJ's, tables/chairs, etc.)
3.No live music/musicians
4.NO SMOKING inside home
5. Grill is not allowed to be moved and must remain by the pergola.


***NO loud noise after 10 pm, this is a residential community.

Family Vacation 2025

The home is so very beautiful and the home had lots of open space.. for family it was prefect the neighborhood was good and safe and the pool was gorgeous and the patio areas two of them were gorgeous.. the Host was so understanding and helpful and would respond quickly when we had any questions of the home..I rate the Home and area five starPs we’re so close to a Walmart food areas and very good bakery as will.. I highly recommend for a family vacation we stayed five nights and 6 days.. loved it and thankful for this Host and the Home…
