Poor condition
From the moment you walk into this property you see the poor condition of the unit. The walls are scuffed and look as if they haven't been painted in years. The place is dated overall except for the new TV. The shower head is the worst, impossible to get a good stream of water. The master bedroom mattress is beyond uncomfortable. It feels like a plastic mattress that the owners asked for the cheapest one in the store. The second bedroom window doesn't close properly and a draft in the room is an understatement. There was actually snow coming in to the bedroom on the window sill! The pool area is nice in that it is heated but for some ridiculous reason, they close it at 8 PM! At closing, a gruff man comes in and yells at everyone to clear out. It feels like closing time at a college bar. He really needs to treat people with more respect and can certainly ask nicer. The management company is responsive and came over to help with the window. As an owner of rental properties, I am sure the company has asked the owner to upgrade the unit, but the owner seems to be in profit taking mode at this point. I would not stay here again.
