LIVING ROOM- Large L-shaped sectional and seating chairs to offer a beautiful view of the backyard and while relaxing and watching some of your favorite TV shows & movies on our large sized flat screen T.V. Direct access to pool deck and backyard! All windows are hurricane impact for safety and noise control. Open Floor plan throughout.

KITCHEN- Chef's Dream Kitchen! This kitchen includes open floorplan, quartz countertops, beautiful dining table and chairs, Kitchen island with bar stools, all new stainless steel appliances which include the following: Dishwasher, fridge & freezer, microwave, oven, and stove top. This kitchen offers all cooking necessities such as silverware, dishes, pots and pans, glass cups, wine glasses & champagne glasses. Also includes a toaster, Keurig coffee maker for drip coffee and a pod-based options, WINE COOLER, blender, barbecue utensils, all commonly used condiments, and all cooking basics!

ALL BATHROOMS AND CLOSETS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: FRESH TOWELS, POOL & BEACH TOWELS, TOILET PAPER, HAIR DRYER & PREMIUM HANGERS.

Lovely place. Can’t beat the private beach access literally anyone minute walk from the property - especially for anyone looking to indulge in surfing paddle boarding and other water sports. Great pool and backyard amenities.

Everything about our stay was amazing! This house is in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to a quiet beach. It was equipped with everything you could need for a family vacation. We had the best time!! The host was super responsive when we reached out with questions about the area. We would 100% recommend this rental and plan to return in the future!

Great location and great house

There were 10 of us, 5 adults and 5 kids staying in this house for a week in April. The house had a great layout and was very clean. My favorite part was the backyard. I almost didn't want to leave, but the beach was just down the street. The house also had 4 bikes, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and a wagon. Everything we needed for a day at the beach. We would definitely return.
