Welcome to this exquisite lakefront luxury retreat on Lake James located in Steuben County, Indiana.
Perfectly situated on the First Basin, you will experience the best views of the lake and sunset from any of its wrap around decks.

This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with over 3,600 sq ft has lots of space to unwind and have fun! This amazing home has 2 separate living spaces each with its own kitchen, dining and gathering spaces. There are 2 primary and 2 guest bedrooms which comfortably sleeps 11 people plus a sofa bed for a total of 13 guests. There is enough space for large or multiple families to enjoy their time together.

After a full day on the lake, the fun continues in the air conditioned game room located above the garage with over 700 sq ft that includes ping pong table, foosball table, dartboard, smart TV and bar.

This home is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Pokagon State Park, movie theater, wineries, antiquing and many other area attractions. This beautiful lakefront home is the perfect place to create memories with your family and friends that you will cherish for many years!

This home is beautiful - well taken care of & cozy. The 3 floors of living space w/ a deck sitting space overlooking the water on each floor are perfect - giving our family plenty of room to spread out, or all be together. Having 2 fully stocked kitchens was wonderful - especially having a fridge/freezer on the bottom floor going out to the lake. Four very clean, full baths w/ excellent water pressure for a large group coming off the lake - awesome!!! The dock/deck is sturdy & was a perfect gathering place for us to hang out w/ the exceptional view of the lake the ability to touch the bottom for a long way out being extra bonuses! We did bring extra chairs and floating deck to accommodate our group, which worked out really well. The only drawback was the tight dead end but it didn’t inhibit us in any way. Definitely would not pull boat/trailer back to property - we rented trailer space at Dry Dock for the week & that worked out great. Husband was especially grateful for the easy tie up & dock bumpers that kept boat/jet ski safe! And moving in/out of the home’s main floor w/o the extra aerobic exercise via tons of stairs was a very welcomed surprise for the “mature” ones in our group! Would highly recommend this home!!!

House is beautiful with beautiful views including sunset. We especially appreciated having 4 & half bathrooms and welcoming snacks, etc. The lake is beautiful & cleaner than most. Can boat to a beach or enjoy sandbar with option for food at the houseboat.

It’s a fantastic, super comfortable lake house that completely lives up to the owner's description. If you’re heading to Lake James with family or a small group, it’s pretty much an ideal setup—just a couple of minor things to keep in mind before you pack.What Makes It Great- The View: Honestly hard to beat—hands-down some of the best sunset and lake views on Lake James. We have rented on this lake for years.- Awesome for Teenagers: The game room is a major win if you're traveling with teens and need to keep them entertained.- Group-Friendly: Plenty of space to hang out together, plus two full fridges (which is a game-changer for storing food and drinks).- Great Boat Set Up: The dock comes ready with bumpers and is a long dock, so bringing our boat was super hassle-free.- Comfy Beds: All of the best were really comfortable.- Great Host: The owner responds quickly if you need anything.Quick Heads-Up- Pack Kitchen Towels: If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, make sure to pack your own dish towels and washcloths.- Coffee Cups: The coffee cups provided are more expresso size. If you like a larger cup of coffee, bring your owns cups for convenience.- Lower Level Shower: The shower doors on the bottom level bathroom are a little finicky. They work fine, but they take a second to figure out.
