Breathtaking views and Resort style Amenities

Are you looking for a one-bedroom condo facing the spectacular Gulf of Mexico close to the beach but away from the crowds? The view from our 20th floor balcony will make you fall in love with the Gulf of Mexico and Seascape Resort.

We would love to share our condo with you. If you need help deciding...take a look at our reviews. We want to be your vacation rental of choice and see you back year after year!

When you first step into our home you will experience tile floors throughout-no dirty carpets here. The bedroom is on your left and features a Stearns and Foster Luxury king size comfy bed with a mounted 48" inch flat screen T.V. Also, the room includes a unique tropical ceiling fan to make you feel that no detail has been spared. The Master bedroom has its own private vanity and connects to another bathroom with a new walk in tiled shower that can be accessed from the hallway.

The full bath includes a brand new stacked washer and dryer and has been renovated to include a tiled shower. No need to spend time and money hauling clothes off to the laundromat. The main hallway has two twin bunk beds and leads into the kitchen and family room. Stepping into our kitchen will almost make you feel like a chef yourself with our fully stocked utensils.

Watch sports or rent movies on our 70 inch flat screen mounted SMART T.V. in the family room with DVD player. Can't decide on which movie to watch? No worries-there is another DVD player by the bedroom TV.

After spending a long day out around the city or on the beaches, the family room is the perfect place to sit down and relax. What you will love most about our home is the 8' sliding glass doors that open up to one of the best views on the Gulf. Sit on the patio furniture and enjoy the lovely sunset view over the ocean, view the activity of the resort or surf the web with free internet.

Coastal Comeback is the condo for you if you are looking for a place to experience an unforgettable beach vacation with all the conveniences of home. Please be sure and check out the attached video for ideas on what to do in Destin.

Wonderful Get Away

This place was perfect for us. We came down for a one day work trip and stayed the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The place was nice and clean and a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was right there. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway Spot

This was a perfect spot for our Fourth of July mini vacation. The condo was a perfect size for our family and was clean and decorated beautifully. Access to the beach was close and the area of the beach was not overcrowded. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect location

This location was super easy to get to and check-in was a breeze. Everything was very clean when we walked in and the views from the balcony were perfect. We love spending time at the Harbor walk, which a little drive, but nothing that would deter us from staying again. The walk to the beach was great as well. Only complaint - the bedroom was a bit stuffy in the evening, but considering everything else, I’d give it a 10/10!

Great Weekend Getaway

Me a couple of friends came down for the Weekend and had a great time. The unit was very clean and the complex itself is in a great location. The view from the balcony is great, would recommend Coastal Comeback to anyone!

Amazing beach condo!

We really loved this beach house! AMAZING view…the house had everything we needed…super clean, the bed in the bedroom was so nice after a long 10hr drive…the pools were so nice and we were so close to beach. We would 100% stay again! Thank you for having us❤️

Very clean

Nice place that was clean and as described. There is a pretty long walk to the beach but it was a great trip. Owner was quick to solve our issues with the parking pass. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I lived in Destin and Miramar Beach several years ago and have been been a part of Destin for over 40 years. Coastal Comeback is our reentry back to the Coast. The beaches and beautiful emerald green water continue to keep us coming back. We hope our guests will appreciate the natural beauty and charm of the area as much as we do.

Ariel Dunes II is one of two breathtaking 24 story towers that rise above the Emerald Coast. Ariel Dunes II is slanted towards the West for amazing sunset views of a coastline that offers spectacular views of Destin at night. Our home has 9 foot ceilings, a private balcony, and is just a short walk to over 2,000 feet of sugary white beaches-the most beautiful on the Emerald Coast. The Ariel Dunes complex also includes over 11,000 square feet of pools to ensure relaxation for guests during their stay. There is an on-site restaurant and bar known as the Cabana Café with a variety of foods that anyone is sure to enjoy. The Cabana Café even delivers to rooms in Ariel Dunes II . As part of Seascape Resort, guests can rent bicycles, play tennis and golf, or enjoy the fitness center in the building.

Our balcony is facing Westward so you can see beautiful sunsets and a reflection of the lake and Gulf. From the rear of the building you get a view of Seascape Golf Course, and the dazzling Choctawhatchee Bay. Seascape is a gated resort that is central to the finest restaurants and recreational activities. Seascape offers on-site tennis and golf and there is a fitness room. It is just one mile west of Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall and 3 miles east of Destin Commons.
