This vacation home is perfect for a large or extended family. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, fully furnished home in desirable Eastward Look. Quarter mile to beautiful oceanfront Scarborough Beach and next door to a family friendly park. Spacious home complete with two HD flat screen TVs, cable, DVD player and wireless internet.

Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, dishes, glasses and utensils. When not at the beach, enjoy peace, quiet and the sea air outside on the huge deck or in the expansive fenced in backyard with Outdoor H/C shower. Deck is furnished with table and chairs with umbrella and a large gas grill. If too hot outside, enjoy air-conditioned living in this house with a ton of living space. Great for kids and entertaining. Open floor plan with large living room and spacious kitchen. There's a large family room downstairs. Third bathroom is brand new. Comfortably sleeps 10 and includes two couches for when guests visit. Rental includes pillows and blankets - just bring your towels and sheets and you're ready to have fun. Washer/Dryer on lower level. Plenty of room for parking.

Family Vacation

Family enjoyed our stay in this home. There was lots of room in all the bedrooms and the downstairs worked well as there was a family room too! Huge backyard for family fun!

Nice large house near beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is close to beach, has a large kitchen and a large desk. Five good size bed rooms are perfect for a large group. The beach is beautiful, better than many other beaches nearby that we have been to.

Perfect week away!

Great location. Plenty of space to spread out. Beautiful breeze on back deck. And we all loved the outdoor shower! Ed was responsive with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend! And the ice cream truck in the neighborhood every night was an unexpected treat too!

Fantastic from the beginning

Owner was fantastic to work with, price and location were great and everything the layout of the home was exceptional for 6 adults and 5 children. The 2 living rooms were great to have as was the large backyard. An extra bonus were all the beach chairs, toys, balls, beach carts and boogie boards, everything you need. We will definitely be returning next year and years to come.

Great house for family time.

The property was clean and well cared fo . Nice large kitches area with large deck off of it was perfect for grilling, cooking for large amount of people. We enjoyed the fenced in yard, keeping our children safe from the road. The park entrance on the next road up was perfect. We could see it from the deck. Kids loved the tennis and basketball courts as well as the playground and swings. Would highly recommend this home.

The house was clean and well maintained. easy walk to quiet area of beach. great to have beach gear in shed. plenty of driveway space for all our cars.Really enjoyed the outdoor shaded deck for lunch or dinner or cocktails before or after beach and before evening out.owner quickly responded to questions by text when needed.great space for multi generations to be together and/or have some space of their own.thanks for a great week.enjoyed a day trip to block island and a shopping trip to Newport.husband also found a nearby golf course,everyone enjoyed their stay.

Great family Rental

The size and configuration of the house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for the children to play both inside and outside the house. We especially loved the fenced in backyard. It’s just a short walk to a beautiful beach and shore walk. The kids loved the community playground located near the property. The kitchen was well equipped except for a few odd things that we needed. Getting into our lobsters without nutcrackers was a bit difficult. Overall we had a great vacation.

Great family stay

House is good size, we had six adults and two kids with plenty of room. Location is excellent, close to the beach and restaurants. Excellent area for biking. The shed was filled with beach stuff including boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and a cart to haul all the stuff to the beach. My grandson loved the beach and learned how to ride a boogie board. AC was appreciated by all after being out and around. Everything worked well and there was was plenty of cookware. The owner was very nice and easy to reach when we had a few questions and at one point accidentally got locked out of the master bedroom. Thanks Ed

Our annual week at the beach

Every year we rent a vacation home close to the water with some friends and all of the kids. This house was a great location to the beach and the playground is only a block away...you can actually see it from the deck. Plenty of seating for dinner between the dining room table and the patio table. AC worked better on 1 half of the house than the other but there was already an appointment to have it fixed. Lots of beach equipment available for use in the shed. Large mostly private backyard. Plenty of parking 6 cars easily can fit. The only negative we had was the cleaning service didnt do a great job. Other than that great house and great location! Thanks Ed for making it so easy for check in and out

Location,location,location

Overall, the location was great and the back deck was great…..outdoor shower great until handle stopped working….back door not sliding,we got used to….grill not being cleaned, we cleaned….upstairs ac great, downstairs not so much-noisy…..kitchen pretty well supplied….couches very comfortable….would stay here again…thank you Ed for helping us enjoy a great vacation

3 Families Shared Easily

The listed description is spot on. My husband, I and our 3 teenage kids shared this space with two other families and their teenage kids. 6 teens and 6 adults fit easily. Next door to a large park with tennis and basketball courts. Back yard big enough for our favorite sport, 8 v 8 volleyball. Walked to beach everyday. Biked to lighthouse, kayaker Narrow River, day in Block Island. The partly shaded deck was our hang out. The AC was strong throughout all the rooms, house was clean, water pressure nice and strong. Outdoor shower a plus!! Large kitchen for lots of prep help. I will rent here again. Thanks Ed!

Modest Accommodations

Our overall impression of the property is favorable . The outside raised deck is spacious and shady; the yard is also spacious. However, the cleanliness was less than favorable, especially along the perimeters of the rooms and underneath the beds. Also, the a/c unit in one of the downstairs room adequately cooled the room but made it very damp in the room. We had to deal with a few centipedes during our stay.

Great location and roomy home

The house was everything we expected. The location is great and the rooms are spacious. Outdoor deck and back yard worked out well for dining and play. The cleaning crew leaves a lot to be desired. We had a problem with the a/c but found the home owner to be always available to get the problem resolved and communicated with us until the service people repaired the problem. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and would love to return to this property

Great place to stay!

Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Many extra amenities. Great yard and outside deck. Proximity to the beach was convenient just a half mile walk. Property manager was very helpful and responded to any inquiries etc. quickly. The only complaint we had was that the house really needs a deep cleaning - not up to our standards.

Great vacation house for family!

We had a wonderful week at the beach! The house is clean and comfortable, with all the conveniences of home. We have a larger family and there was plenty of space for everyone, and definitely a plus having three bathrooms. It is a short easy walk to the beach or a minute up the street driving. The kids enjoyed the playground which is only one street over. It's also a great area for bike riding. It is a nice neighborhood location. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond/easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach house for a large or multiple families. Big back yard for games & private shower.

Very nice vacation house either a quick ride or 10 minute walk to beach. Central a/c was huge as it turned out to be a very hot week. 2nd living room was nice for teenagers to separate from adults at night. Deck was on the side of the house, which i wasn’t thrilled about initially, but it turned out to be a great dinner/after dinner hotspot as there was always shade covering the entire deck in the late afternoon & early evening. House was clean, full of everything we needed. Outdoor shower was clean & refreshing. If i was forced to give anything negative i would say it would have been nice to have more outdoor chairs on the deck but i’m splitting hairs. Although we didn’t use, there were beach chairs available in the shed if needed. Garbage was picked up twice during the week (Sat & Tues) so no problems with overflowing garbage cans which we’ve had problems with at other rentals. Overall great place for up to 12 people.

This house was spacious and accommodated our growing family perfectly.

We really appreciated having 5 bedrooms and three showers-as well as the outdoor shower! It was also so convenient to have the washer and dryer at our disposal. Enjoyed walking to the beach and the family friendly neighborhood! The location was perfect! Many great places to visit... as well as some great restaurants! We especially enjoyed eating at "Spain". Visited Newport, Wickford, and Galilee and had a great time!

Great property! Wonderful location!

Overall the property was great and we had a wonderful time. The walk to the beach is not too far. Even the kids were able to manage it easily. The central AC came in handy a couple of times when it got really hot, but mostly we managed very well with windows open and the sea breeze keeping us cool. The house is very spacious. The older kids loved the downstairs TV room. I really liked the openness of the living room/kitchen area. And we loved the large deck off the kitchen. The owner, Ed, was very responsive when I gave him a few comments about opportunities for improvement (nothing major), but with those things amended, the place is probably close to perfect now!
