Denne stueetage 3 soveværelser / 2 badeværelser ligger i et 13-enheds strandkompleks lige syd for San Pedro på Ambergris Caye.

Condo B1 ligger i stueetagen med en stor veranda, der sætter dig lige på stranden og vender ud mod havet. Min favorit ved denne lejlighed er veranda swing! Hvilket godt sted at læse, se på udsigten, nippe til en drink, slappe af ....

Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng og eget badeværelse; det andet soveværelse har en dronning, og det tredje soveværelse har to enkeltsenge (som kan konverteres til en konge). Der er også en stue (med to futons), spiseplads og et fuldt udstyret køkken (med lille opvaskemaskine).

Perfect Beachside Stay

Exactly what we expected & more!

Before our arrival we received so much helpful information on transportation, dining & things to do which made our planning so easy.Once we arrived it was stunning! The villa was exactly as pictured, clean & roomy. The beach, water & dock were just steps off our porch. We saw fish, rays & starfish within minutes of walking down the dock. My kids ( adults ) enjoyed snorkeling under the dock with the snorkeling equipment provided. We took full advantage of the horse shoes, corn hole, soccer ball, kayaks & pool.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal, but we loved that we could walk along the beach to near by restaurants/bars.Jason, our concierge, was so friendly & attentive. I highly recommend Sunset Beach & would return again!

Awesome weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed her for a quick weekend getaway. Communication with Barbara during the booking process was excellent. Upon arrival on Ambergris Caye, Manolo was great with on time pickup and transportation to the property. He even stopped at a local grocery store for us to pick up a few essentials. Alvin, the concierge, was awesome and was always accessible for anything we needed. Overall great experience for our first time in Belize. The unit was just as pictured. I would definitely stay her again.

Great Family Trip

This was the first time we have stayed as Sunset Beach and the property was everything we expected. The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for the four of us. The arrival process couldn’t be any easier and we were able to relax and enjoy a Belikin right away! The ocean view from the deck is fantastic and the kids enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Sooo much better than a luxury hotel!

This was such a lovely vacation rental that we never left the property! This B1unit is the best: there is an empty lot on the right providing privacy, walk off the porch onto a a sandy beach area, book a fabulous snorkeling tour with SUYA and depart from your own pier, grab a free bike to tour a bit of the island, dip in the private pool to cool off or walk a short to a restaurant if you don’t feel like cooking...The interior was clean, comfy and welcoming. We took advantage of the extensive dvd library, chose a difficult puzzle for family night and teamed up for a scrabble game. I spent every free moment on the porch swing, with beautiful views on the ocean and swaying palm trees. Property management was helpful, friendly and very efficient This is THE BEST vrbo we have stayed in. Highly recommended.

50th Birthday celebration

What a beautiful county to visit and a beautiful home to stay in. Our group of five life long friends were there to celebrate my boyfriends 50th birthday. Everyone was so helpful in arranging our stay from the moment we decided to stay at Sunset Beach Resort. Special call outs to; Barbara S for helping us to arrange every detail (and I mean every detail) of our trip including booking our flights from Belize City to the Island and suggesting we ask to sit in the copilot seat on our flight over and back. Crystal for cooking us a Belize inspired meal and for shopping for us so we had a little food in the condo when we arrived, she also found us a Caye lime pie from a local restaurant as I requested. Manolo for picking us up from the airport to get us to the condo where our golf cart awaited us. Suya Tours for providing us a spectacular full day beach BBQ snorkeling trip were we were able to swim with nurse sharks, sting rays, and eagle spotted manta ray, and a variety tropical fish and the best part.... a bull shark appeared which from our understanding is a rare sighting. And one cannot forget about the freshly made seviche that was made from fish that was caught as we were snorkeling. And last but not least Juan Carlos who provided a lot of information about the local area including providing us details on Secret Beach/Blue Bayou. This place is truly paradise!!!!

Sunset Beach Resort - B1

We had a wonderful time at Sunset Beach Resort in B1. It's a beautiful and well maintained property. Quiet, but conveniently located. The onsite staff was available and very helpful if and when needed. Crystal's dinner for 13 of us was fabulous, and it fed the group for 2 days. Worst part of the entire week was leaving. We will be back.

Great spot in great location!

We loved the location just south of town - close but not in middle of bustle. The condo itself was just as described, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Communication was superior. Would love to stay there again.

Perfection!

Wow, where to start? We stayed in Sunset Beach Resort in B1 to celebrate daughter's birthday week. It was a great choice and a wonderful experience. B1 Beachside porch, complete with hammock, 2 person swing set and comfortable seating overlooks the pool, pier, beach, horse shoes and the beautiful water. We were convinced that no one had a better view! The unit is very comfortable and furnished beautifully. Everything was provided for a comfortable week long stay. Barbara answered all our questions and helped make arrangements for transportation. Juan was always available and saved us time (and money) with golf cart rental, taxi cabs, shopping information, etc. His wife, Crystal, prepared an excellent birthday dinner for us and we had left-overs for days! The entire experience was perfect and the staff excellent. We are already looking forward to returning. Our stay was relaxing, adventurous (2 boat fishing trips and discovering Secret Island, downtown San Pedro, and fabulous restaurants), and very safe-feeling. The residents were always friendly, helpful and courteous.

BEAUTIFUL BEACHSIDE CONDO!

Myself and four of my friends just spent a wonderful four days at Barb's place in Belize. Between Barbara, Rosa, JC and Crystal we were so well prepared and SUPER well taken care of during our girls weekend. They had answers to all of our questions (and we had a TON) and were happy to organize outings, rentals, etc. They also have great contacts for a taxi service. The property itself is so beautiful- big, great spaces, access to a beach and a dock (sunrises on the dock are amazing). It's got all the amenities and is truly a comfortable place. The pool was out of commission for part of the time that we were there, but everyone was super accommodating about it and when it was open was absolutely delightful. It's also close to a mini-mart that is surprisingly well stocked. This is definitely a place to stay on Ambergris Caye!

Amazing, Beyond Expectations, Beautiful Condo on the Beach!

This gorgeous condo is set back off the "main" road where you wouldn't expect to find such a gem of a place! The 3 bedroom condo with 2 comfy futons in the living room was just what we needed for our group to have elbow room and a selection of sleeping arrangements. The porch with the comfy swing and hammock and plentiful chairs was a great place to enjoy the luxurious tropical breezes both during the day and especially at night. The pool was a close, convenient place to take a dip and the gas grill was an awesome addition, where we cooked up some sausages to go with our rice and beans one night. We were sorry to have to move to the more "expensive" Coco Beach Resort condo where my daughter's wedding was being held since these condos were not as well equipped and homey as this one. I really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen! I also really appreciated Barbara, Rosa, Manolo, Sean and Juan Carlos - all of these folks were a great team to help us navigate the island and helped make us feel at home as soon as we arrived! We had a lot of people coming in on different airlines and ferries at different dates and times and Barbara and Manolo (taxi driver) was right on top of it all to help everyone find the place. It is amazing how the communcation network on the island is very tight - person to person - which helped my one guest to figure out that he was at the wrong resort at 10pm and Manolo's taxi buddy called him to figure out that he belonged with us at Sunset Beach! Thank you, thank you, thank you for a great visit!!! Hope we can come back again soon!

Fabulous time at Sunset Beach

My family of six spent 10 fabulous days recently in condo B1 at Sunset Beach. The condo was the perfect size for us. It was nicely furnished with a great open floor plan. As nice as the inside was, we spent most of our time outside on the porch, at the pool and hanging out on the beach front property. Sunset Beach is very well maintained. The staff that worked with us was wonderful, all our expectations were exceeded. We used SUYA tours for all our excursions while there and got wonderful personal service. We would go back in a heart beat we had such a great time! We're already recommending Sunset Beach to everyone we share our fabulous vacation.

Relaxing

B1 was a very nice condo. It was so comfortable and clean. Everything that you needed was there. The front porch swing and hammock were wonderful! Needless to say, we spent some time there. Walking off of the front porch directly onto the beach was awesome. The atmosphere of the condos there is quiet and relaxed which is what we like. The location off the main road was a plus. You didn't have noise coming from the street. There are lots of great beach combing and relaxing walk opportunities too. Will definitely stay there again. Had a great time!

Carolina Blue condo is very nice.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. The front porch opening directly onto the beach was awesome. There is a hammock and comfy porch swing. The nice pool and common area are great for relaxing. The condo has everything that you need. I loved the quiet location on the little street behind the main road. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic property!

We just loved our stay at this wonderful condo!. The unit is a ground floor, walk right out onto the sand, unobstructed view of the ocean. The big porch has very nice furniture and is a comfortable spot to hang if you need to escape the sun. There were 4 of us but 6 would be very comfortable in this unit. The condo is extremely well stocked, we needed nothing. The unit has been very tastefully decorated, you can see pride of ownership. The grounds are kept up by Chapin who will cut open a coconut. We rode the bikes to town on the beach and it was nice seeing the goings on from the beach side and not just from the road. I own a vacation rental and I will say that dealing with Barbara has ben an absolute pleasure. She is prompt, helpful and patient with all of my changes, even at the last minute. She even emailed me after to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Sunset Condo for a romantic getaway or a family vacation!!!! Thanks again Barbara

Very nice property. Pleasantly surprised!

We thououghly enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen tools, towels, etc. It was a nice walk into town along the beach. Dock access for dive boats, water taxis, etc was very nice.
