Location is a must in one of the best neighborhood of Central London, walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets. Metro/Tube is 5 minutes walking from the apartment, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

The one bedroom apartment has a contemporary open plan kitchen fully fitted with fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven. The living room is spacious where there is a large double sofa bed for additional guests, as well as an extra guest airbed. The bedroom has a double bed super comfortable and is plenty of room.

The apartment comes with a digital TV, there is fiber optic wireless broadband throughout the apartment (WIFI).

We have the best housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure that your flat will be polished upon arrival for your stay with us.

Pretty Paddington Pad

Great location midway between Paddington and the local supermarket. Very homey and comfortable, quiet, and a nice place to come back to after a long day sightseeing. Ticked all the boxes for us and would recommend for a couple or small family.

Wonderful apartment, great location

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. It had everything that we needed. John was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location can't be beat, with Paddington station just a short walk away and wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

Special Trip

We really appreciated the location and the comfort of this apartment John and his staff were very accommodating and friendly. Staying here made this aspect of our trip simple and pleasant and allowed us to enjoy our time in London with no worries. BTW-great shower!

Perfect location

Literally 5 mins walk to paddington station in a safe and easy neighbourhood. The place was big enough for a family of 3 and well stocked with towels and sheets. I would recommend a dehumidifier in summer months but otherwise we were incredibly happy. John is quick to respond and has staff available if you need.

London Flat near Paddington Station

This flat was in a great location, close to restaurants, bars, and Paddington Station. The flat was very clean and had lots of extra towels. Entering the apartment was a bit tricky (several keys to open front door) but that really wasn't a problem. Communication with John was excellent. We would stay here again.

Paddington base

The property is just as it appears as listed. It’s a good-sized space and relaxing. It’s a great location; close to the station, grocery stores and restaurants. We did cook in for some meals, so there were enough supplies in the kitchen. John was quick to repsond to any questions and was helpful. We would stay in this VRBO again.

Perfect place to stay in London

I booked this property at the last minute--flew to the UK to be there for the Queen's funeral. It is in a perfect and very safe location. If you know London at all, the Bayswater W2 address is very good. A short walk to Paddington Station, where the new Elizabeth Line also stops, so it's an easy ride to and from Heathrow. The bed was comfortable, the shower nice and hot, the sitting area very nice--just a few more lamps needed. Will definitely stay here again. And it's quiet!

Football Trip

Our stay at John’s flat was amazing. So close to Paddington Station, which made travel easy. Beautiful, quite neighborhood, with pubs and sights to see within walking distance. The space was perfect for our needs and very clean.

Location Location Location

Spent 9 days here and I'm glad I jumped on it as it seems to book up quickly. It was a fist trip to the UK for my teens to see their cousins on their turf and they really loved this place. It was clean, had enough space, well equipped with excellent wifi (enough for all of us to get work, school and streaming). The location, location location made it so easy for even my teens to navigate to almost anywhere in the city. I appreciated the emphasis on security with the extra locks (you'll get the hang of them) on doors and windows. It's a beautiful neighborhood but no place is ever 100% safe. As a mom traveling with her kids, I felt very safe & secure in the unit. There's plenty of room for vacation rental and plenty of hot water. Watch your step in and out the shower, it can get a little slippery. Thanks to John for the excellent communication and housekeeping (ran into her checking in and she was lovely and helpful). Thanks y'all. We'll probably rent here again.

Fabulous!

This is a lovely spacious apartment 2 blocks from Paddington station and so close to all the other attractions this area has to offer. If you don’t want to walk somewhere there is public transport to anywhere you wish almost on your door step. It’s an elegant and safe area to stay. The apartment is very spacious with excellent facilities. I would definitely stay there again.

The perfect base for a central London stay

A great apartment in an area with an abundance of really good bars and restaurants. The check in was seamless despite me being late due to work. Well fitted out and very comfortable with really fast WiFi which is a rarity in a lot of London flats. Would most definitely return. Thank you

The flat was comfortable, with good size rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped; plenty of hot water; the bathroom had lots of shelf/storage space, which is not always the case in rentals. We liked the location. A six-minute walk to Paddington and close to several useful bus stops. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and a large supermarket are also within a short walking distance.

Basement flat in London

Great, quiet location for our family with one teen and one child. Flat was a little damp due to it being in the basement but not uncomfortable. It meant our clothing needed a little extra time to dry. The cool was welcomed during a few very hot summer days. The pull-out couch was a little worn. Otherwise, kitchen was great for breakfast and packing lunch, bathroom was large, king bed comfortable. Easy access to bus and train lines. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Appartamento grazioso e curato in zona centrale

Appartamento curato e spazioso in una zona centrale ma tranquilla,vicina alla stazione di Paddington e anche alla metropolitana. Supermercati e negozi a 5 minuti a piedi. Comunicazione veloce e precisa col proprietario, check in facile e cortese. Pur valutando l'appartamento da 5 stelle, il divano letto è piuttosto scomodo e l'aspetto poco curato (macchie). Suggerirei di scrivere nell'annuncio, per maggior trasparenza, che ci sono delle scale piuttosto strette per arrivare all'appartamento che è sotto il livello della strada.

Perfect location next to Paddington

My wife and I stayed here for a little over a week with our three kids (5, 3 and 1). The place was the perfect size for our family and suited us nicely. The location next to Paddington Station was ideal as we were visiting her family west of London, but also wanted to sight-see. It was an easy walk from the flat through Hyde Park to many of the local attractions. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a central location with great access.

This apartment was the perfect place for our family London vacation. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and Paddington Station is a 5 minute walk with several Underground lines, Heathrow Express, and the train. The apartment is comfortable and clean with plenty of space for our family of 4. The kitchen made it easy to pick up some groceries at Paddington for breakfast and a couple of dinners. We would definitely stay here again.
