This stylish and comfy lake house is ready for your group getaway — girls trips, guys weekends, multi-family fun, or family adventures with littles in tow. If you love water, sand, sunshine, and making memories, The GoodWell is calling your name.
We’ve got 4 bedrooms:
🛏️ 3 king rooms with cloud-like beds & luxe linens
🛏️ 1 bunk room for the kids (or the young at heart)
➕ A bonus upstairs hangout space with 2 twin trundle beds, foosball, toys, and a little office nook
Sleeps 14 comfortably, with 2 bathrooms (yes, there's a tub for the kiddos + a hair dryer so you don’t have to pack yours). Plus, A/C, heat, washer/dryer, iron, smart TV, and WiFi — all the comforts of home, with way better views.
Yes — all linens are included, even beach towels! 🙌
Outside is where the real magic happens.

The GoodWell is the closest home to the lake on the property — part of a small, private cluster of houses that keep the vibe peaceful and chill. Unload your bags right by the house, then park a bit closer to the road.
We’re not local, but when we’re in town (usually working or relaxing), we’re happy to answer questions or wave from a distance. We want you to feel like this is your lake house for the week.
