Located just 5 minutes from historic Williamsburg, Club Wyndham Kingsgate provides convenient access to historic attractions, wineries, beaches, and local artisan shops. Relax by the pool or indulge in the natural splendor surrounding this charming resort. Experience scenic vistas and historic landmarks along one of Williamsburg's many walking and biking trails like Powhatan Creek Trail, Historic Jamestown Bike Trail, and Freedom Park, which includes the Williamsburg Botanical Garden and the Go Ape outdoor adventure attraction, with treetop obstacle courses and zip lines.

This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 516 square feet. You'll enjoy a King bed in the primary bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a kitchenette with a dining area and a washer/dryer. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two.

This is a timeshare resort. You will be subjected to pushy timeshare salesman throughout your stay. The "check-in" process requires you to first check-in with a clerk that assigns your room based on availability (note - this property should not be on VRBO), then comes the kicker. You have to visit the "concierge" (i.e., pushy timeshare salesman) to receive your keys. They will try multiple times to convince you to listen to a timeshare presentation in exchange for "free vacations and cruises." They will text you and call you unsolicited multiple times after your stay ends. When I made it clear that I was not going to attend a presentation, the sales rep texted back unsolicited that he was now authorized to offer "even better cruises!"The amenities are nice, but I would only recommend staying here if you are interested in pressure and unwanted harassment from timeshare reps. If that's not your idea of a relaxing vacation, then you should avoid this location. In short, this property should not be listed on VRBO.

Good but one complaint

The bed was a big comfortable king......... But the sheets didn't fit the bed and every day I had to try and make them fit. Not much success on that.

Didn't use all the superfluous stuff (theater, etc.) Had I known I would receive calls and mail from Wyndham, I would have chosen another property. VRBO has let the corporate world infiltrate "BY OWNER".
