Repeat visitor to Seychelles

This was our 6th or 7th time to Seychelles. We enjoy this part of PCB because it's away from downtown, is more quiet, and tends to be mostly adults (we don't have kids). We always get a center unit because we enjoy having balcony access in the bedroom and being able to see the water from bed. This unit (8th floor) was the lowest in the tower we've stayed. We weren't sure if we'd hear too much pool area noise. It wasn't an issue, but we probably wouldn't stay at a lower floor because a) we want to see just sand and ocean from the balcony, and b) any lower and we'd probably hear more pool area activity than we'd want. This unit had a cloth couch (sleeper sofa) which is so much better than the leather couch the unit we stayed in last year had. The condo also had area rugs in the living and bedrooms, which is much better than exposed tile everywhere. The building was hit by a tornado early '24 and some items are still being taken care of as of August 2024. This is due to the demand in the region for workers and materials -only so much available and those w/ damage simply have to wait their turn for workers and repair supplies to become available. Other than the hot tub being semi-operable (hot temp, no jets), these repairs/updates didn't really affect our stay. We liked having the beach chairs included. Typically spend 4 or 5 days in them, being beach bums. Not having to pay an extra fee for those was a big plus (still tip the workers though). We'll definitely be back.

Great view (poor service with Emerald coast destinations)

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I tried to use affirm card card to both this room the VRBO fee was taking out but affirm would notlet Emerald beach destinations take out thpart I called and talked to 10 people trying to get payment to go through nothing try could do I even paid 50.00 to my bank card to lower amount so affirm card could proess but still would not go through so I called and booked Emerald Beach destination same room same stay time with a different card and everything went smoothly tried to ask for the airbnb fee in the $50 that was on my bank card and they said they would not refund me ( very sorry company reservations or the same day in the same time just had problems with a credit card through a firm was not my fault I should have got refunded because it didn't cost a company anything because I stayed in the room the same time and the same complex

Perfect Family Getaway

We’ve been coming to PCB for years now and this was by far the cleanest, most well equipped condo we’ve stayed in. Our beach neighbors were jealous when they heard how much better ours was equipped than theirs. Knives, pans, dishes, everything we needed. The furnishings all looked new and well cared for. We rarely waited more than 1 minute for the elevator and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We would stay here again for sure.

Great place.

The condo was great and very clean. Loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. Negative was the pool was not heated and we could have used a little better instructions on where to go when we got there. We wasn’t told to go to third floor of parking garage to get to rooms and elevator

Great Beachfront Condo!!!

This condo made our stay even better this year in Panama City Beach. Being right next door to Schooners restaurant and bar was super convenient when needing a last minute drink or meal. The condo itself had a great layout where our kid had his own room with bunk beds and we had our own separate room with access to the big balcony. Having two bathrooms was also great. They had everything we needed during our stay. Loved this place!!!

Breathtaking view

Beautiful room and looked just like the pictures. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. 2 pools and right on the gulf! Schooners was good too! Thanks for everything!
